    Worst service you will get form a private company. Fine chargers are worst than the traffic violations fines. The parking payment machines are not working most of the times. The mobile app is worst than parking machines. You will feel very slow in payment gateways. Some times payment has deducted from your bank account, but mobile app not get updated. I have experience this three times within a day. Once I called to their hotline they shouted at me and told "They are not responsible for that and you should solve that with your bank." Not only that in the successful payment message is not receiving as TENGA car parking. It looks like I am paying for another company. No fine payment options in payment machine or in mobile app. Visit their place or call them, you will get the worst service you ever get. The private company that has been to cheat all Lankan's ! Fines are miserable.

    I'm looking how to take legal actions against these busters and Colombo municipal council. These buggers are robbing money from people. They are using the official receipt of CMC and this is not possible by any private organization. The RMV database is accessing by this private company. This is a big risk for national security and privacy of the community (details of all vehicles are exposed to this private company). CMC and this private company together is doing a big fraud. This company is not exposing information about the investors and directors to public. I met one agent on road where I parked my car in Melbourne avenue and communicating with him was very difficult because of his poor Sinhalese. Same thing about call center agent, when I call to get support. I think there are no Sinhalese people working.

    Bunch of Rogues in here ! They charge money worse than the European Fines. The private company that has been to cheat all Srilankan's ! Fines are miserable. Beware of these Rogues ! Dont get trapped.

    What people don't know is that apart from the funny notice saying for 1st hour its Rs100, 2nd hour it Rs.200 and there after its Rs1500. It doesn't stop there, every day they keep adding until you go to their office. One of my friend got a notice may be after 15 days and the fine was Rs35,000/- who gave these private companies rights to rip-off people like that.

    This is a major scam. Legal action should be filed against these scammers. They are so unprofessional, even their domain name has expired and not been renewed. How come users can use their site or app to make payments? Yet the fines keep accumulating.

    poor service, bad business practice and absent customer care. by silencing the comments section on your fb page doesnt improve your product/ service. ney; it just illustrates that your organization is not professional and fails to take the learnings from constructive criticism.

    They don't even know how to speak with their customers. Office staff acting like traffic cops. Worst place I ever visited. Machines are not working properly. Card payment option not working. Call center always busy. Mobile app not updating fine charges. Hourly charge for motor car is LKR 30 and there is no way to inset 10 rupee coins.

    Worst privately owned company I've been to. Looks like they have acquired the cheapest place they can buy with a minimum rental, and has put minimum number of staff to work. The place doesn't look like an office, not to mention it's the one who handles all of Colombo private parking. I went to pay a fine for parking on a by-road. There were other cars, but only mine was fined, not sure the genius logic behind that. And they have suddenly started to do it without prior notice. I was fined on Friday evening, and I was OOF for the weekend and on Monday I realize that I need to pay close to 3k as the fine. No grace period, no payments after 6pm, no payments on Sunday, instead fine gets accumulated until you pay it. As there were no payment instructions, upon calling the number on the receipt (Believe me there was no answering machine, or something like a call center which should be the case here) they told me that should pay by visiting the head office. No online pay, no mobile app payments, no pay through parking meters, no direct banking, etc. That was ridiculous, seems like they enjoy doing this now and then. And for sure some crookery is involved to get this business for themselves.

    Worst Customer care and service. The company thinks and act as all the public car parking lots in Colombo area are they private properties. It is high time that we must remind them that those are the properties of taxpayers and they are there only to provide the correct service
