You can expect typical pizza hut experience with a great customer service and pizza. Place is very small maximum may be 15 people can seat. Nothing fancy but can recommend to take away or have a quick bite.

Very small place comparing to other pizza huts. Biggest plus point for them is, you'll get your order very quick. We tried their offer buy 2 get 1 free. We bought 1 spicy chicken, 1 double chicken cheese fiest and 1 devilled chicken. All 3 was good. Friendly staff. Customer Handling was ok. Their will be no specific parking for this pizza hut. But you can park your vehicle on that road. Altogether it was ok. Thanks

Pretty ok pizza

One of my favourite fast food restaurants in Sri Lanka😊👍 This pizza hut outlet is little bit smaller than other outlets. But the way they arranged the dining area makes this place more spacious🛋️🪑 But the double espresso I ordered was too bad☕👎

This is a very clean and nice place. Maybe small but all pizzahut shops are small. The pizza is very good and their service is very good too. Free wifi - just ask for the password Why a picture of a toilet? It's clean compared to many other public toilets so if you like that you can relax knowing this place care about hygiene . The art on the wall is fun. Major drawback only a few parking places but when I came at 12.30 pm I got one of the few they have.

This is a general review of pizza hut. Its a shame a franchise serving thick crust pizza without any toppings other than just chicken sausages sprinkled with crush chillies to make it spicy. The dough was raw in the middle and only the top layer held melted cheese. Ordered medium pizzas but received small pizzas. Requested for crush chillies but received tomato sauce in sachets. And the pizza was stone cold. The base was not hand made but frozen. Definitely the franchises in Sri Lanka need expert training also and those answering the phone to take orders need language training and must be able to speak in all three national languages.

I am usually happy for pizza hut. They maintain a good standard of quality in the food. This outlet looks great, clean tidy. Staff were frendly and helpful . Pizzas were fresh tasty and yummy.

Overall average space and good customer experience as most Pizza Hut outlets, it's rather moderate in size and nothing special about the ambience, this is one of the oldest establishments and is quite minimal.

Superb pizzas & variety of collection can be found here. Nice place though a small outlet. Compared to all other I just love the pizza from pizza hut... The waiting time is usually 10-15 min on a normal day. I like to go to and eat pizza there rather than getting delivered because the pizza looks and tastes fresh when brought to the table. Also they have a delicious dessert collection too. Only issue that I have noticed from this outlet is flies. Better if they can pay more attention this regards.

I ate the most disgusting cheese pizza yesterday delivered from this horrible place. I think these guys are using rotten expired cheese to make them. I am still having lose motion as the result. Eat cheesy love a pizza from this place only if you want to suffer

Food and service was good but it can get crowded alot of the time. Parking can also be an issue if it's busy. But they do have drive through orders so that's a plus

Since the place is one of the oldest pizza hut, No parking is available.. There is a private road near to park. But limited. Small place compared to other places. Service is good.

Great pizzas. Good deals from time to time. Vegetarians can try the veggie supreme (Pan) and Margarita Italiano traditionale. For a more spicy pizza, the spicy paneer is a good option as well. Best sellers are Hot and spicy chicken pan pizza, veggie supreme pan and sausage delight

Ordered two medium pizzas - both half and half! Hot cutter cuttlefish, double chicken and cheese. Meat lover and pop corn chicken! They came faster than expected and tasted good! 😋Service is good, they can do better when it comes to clearing tables since it’s a small Place with limited seating capacity the staff has to clean and set up tables faster than they do! Will surely consider dropping by here again! Also, they only serve the starters and pizzas and soft drinks unlike other major beaches that do have pastas and etc on their menu! ☺️

The worst place to ever go ordered a lasagna and wanted change in five min didn't agree to so such a bad service I would never recommend this pizza hut in Havelock and the manager even couldn't do any thing to change it so disappointing 👎👎

Good place. Small area for a quick bite. Not good for large gathering Also less Parking. Have to use road sides I guess. Afterall the service remains same.

Good Ambience. Quick service by the staff. Tasty food. Reasonably priced item. Pizza sizes can be tricky. Personal Pizza size is about 5" in diameter ( feeds 1 person with a very small appetite) and Medium sized Pizza is about 7" in diameter (it will only feed 1 adult man....still not enough). If you are very hungry, always opt for a Large Pizza.
