Great and very fast service. After unsuccessfully trying to contact the government for more than two weeks regarding the payment of the extension of my daughter’s visum, I contacted this private company through WhatsApp and within minutes they responded and the next day the extension was updated and payed through an online link without even going to the office. Superb !!! And that all for just the small amount of 20$ extra. So in one word “Great” !!!

Very professional services. I would highly recommend them. Went here for my tourist visa renewal got it done in a day and they gave me better options than what I had in mind for me and my family. Brilliant service. We came to Sri Lanka with our four children, and ISC took all the hassle out of obtaining our Visas before we arrived, and then extending them whilst we were here. They picked up our passports from our hotel, and everything else we submitted to them online. This meant we didn't need to visit the immigration office in Colombo (we were staying in the South). Our passports were delivered to our hotel the following day, with visa extension stamps. Great service, brilliant communication. Highly recomended.

We gave it in the morning at around 11am. And we got ir before 5pm. We only paid 5k for the renewal of spouse visa, saves you a lot travelling and waiting in the queue. Service is excellent. You can message them on whatsapp too.

We used the service to extend our visa while stying in the country. Everything went really well from communication to support and execution. Pickup & delivery went super fast. Worth its weight in gold! I applied for the extension of my visa online early, but received no response from the official website for weeks, so my visa was overstayed. Right from the start, the ISC was always reachable via WhatsApp without any problems, consistently transparent and with very fair prices. My visa was extended without any problems. Needed my visa extension sorted out due to immigration extension payment email not coming through. After wasting my time calling Sri Lanka immigration office with no answer after being put on hold for 2 hours. The Immigration Services Centre is excellent in what they do they have helped me with Tourist visa extension before and now also helped me obtain a Resident Visa. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable and they always come back to you when they say they would. What I like most about them is that all seems to happen with good integrity and without grey dealings. I was also able to pay for their services as well as the visa with one swipe of my credit card. Their service charges are very reasonable also. I will definitely use them again when it is time to renew my visa
