    In my opinion vision care is the best place for your eye care. Since I was a child, I visited vision care very often because my eye sight was not that good. My favourite things about vision care was, first of all it is free to check your eyes. And second is all of the frames are affordable and cheap. But nowadays? If you want to get a great-looking frame for you, it would cost more than 10K! There are cheap options but they are not seems to be high quality. I mean depending on the currunt economic situation, I can't blame them, but Vision Care, you should make some affordable options too.

    Vision care offers many services related to vision as well as hearing. I have been visiting this place for a very long time to get different tests done. Situated in ward place, neighbouring to the Odel, right across the road from General Hospital Colombo. Vision care is equipped with a number of modern machines that are required for visual impairment tests and hearing impairment tests. They have a very good range of spectacles too. Parking is very limited but they have used their available limited space in a convenient way by following vertical parking. You will have to wait some time to park the car if all the parking slots are taken.

    Received on 06/09/22 - I'm waiting for *FIFTEEN* months (and counting) to collect my contact lenses (I paid upfront). They never even contacted me to explain the situation. They don't have a tracking system on their shipments, and they don't have any idea of my contact lens status. I visited three times and even explained my struggle (I can't drive legally without my contact lenses). Each time I visited the branch, they promised to call me, but it never happened. Then I decided to order a contact lens pack online, and it just took 12 days to receive from the US. They have an SMS system and enough budget to run radio commercials. But they can not send a single notification on purchased product status, or even they don't have a method to track their own shipments—what a shame.

    A week ago I went to Vision care to buy spectacles for me then this sale guy brought some frames and those frames didn't fit to my face because my face bit wide I guess but I saw some spectacles from Carrera brand and I asked from him but he didn't even let me check and told me those are small for you and I got bit suspicious about that guy. so he told me lets check sunglasses and we can replace those lenses and I chose a frame and two days ago I went to ward place and got it. Yesterday I have noticed these frame arm doesn't match. then today morning I saw these serial numbers on frame arm faded also brand name and I did some research according to that those brand name and serial number should embossed to arm if not this is a cheap copy but that officer said this is Tommy Hilfiger original and frame cost me 25000LKR and they charge me 32000LKR for everything. so today I called him and he asked me to bring spectacles tomorrow morning. Latest Update : I went there and i told them this is not a original frame and i asked the refund they have agreed to refund my money. after few weeks they have refund my money but had to call them more than 10 times. I'm telling you don't go there.

    Nice place, fancy parking and good use of a small space. Good collection of glasses for adults. Kids collection is extremely limited but you can go to their union place branch that has a ton. Went in to buy glasses and they even fixed and serviced our existing ones for free. Superb service and great collection. They have an express branch just downstairs for those in a hurry and even have contact lenses and a place to get your eyes checked.

    Greatest branch of vision care I have experienced so far. Good customer service and a great selection of eyewear. Quick and efficient service. Friendly staff but usually a busy place. Eye testing and hearing testing can be done from hearing. Also, related medication is available in the pharmaceutical section.

    Used to be a happy customer for more than 10 years, but not anymore. Waited more than 15 minutes to buy spects for my father. The lady who took our prescription didn't want to attend to us. Left the place without buying anything after waiting. Poor customer service.

    One of the most worst customer service I have ever seen here. I was waiting to purchase a new frame along with glass and all the sales team simply walking here and there by passing me and not a single person responded to my request even after seeing me sitting in the counter. Finally after 20 minutes I had to call one of them and then they came to me and also didn't assist me in a way I want and they are trying to do sales as per their request which is very wrong and not a professional way. All the ladies hanging in their phone and moving around. All the table the sales team is not available and we have to sit and wait for long time to listen to all their nonsense as they are trying send us soon by giving their suggestions without listening our requirements. I would appreciate only 2 staff one is the person who did the eye test and the other is from the cashier both the ladies were very decent, responded and served quickly. Kindly do soft skill training to most of the staff and educate them what is really a customer service is. Hope to see a change soon.

    I recently had a rather disappointing experience with the Vision Care company, which has left me hesitant to return and reluctant to recommend their services to my friends and family. The incident revolved around a mix-up with the frames and lenses I had ordered, and the way it was handled by their customer service was far from satisfactory. Upon receiving my order, I noticed that the frames and lenses were not what I had initially selected.     We were given an excellent servie by Mr. Lakshitha Weerakkodi. Very rerely you meet such peoiple in this country. He was polite, customer centric, having high tollerence for our questioning and highly listning oriented. After our first meeting we had to communicate with him on the matter and he was sharing all the details of the product by emailing, sending SMSs and all the time we contacted him he answered the phone. Such people are an asset to any business. Protect him!

    Since 2014 I purchased lenses and spectacles frames from vision care. Their service is great and last year and this year ms. Kuluni assist me and she even phoned and informed me that I can collect my lenses. Happy with their service.

    Staff is very friendly, you can get done a free eye checkup and they are well concern about hygine and safety as well. They have a good range of frames at different price clusters. But the only one problem is, they don't have sufficient parking

    Very Good Service, but the place is sometimes crowded. so if u want to do your test quickly, remember to go there early morning. usually, after 6 am is ok. This is open from 7 pm onwards. The staff is friendly and helpful

    Very friendly staff. Responsible, reliable and trustworthy. Once I lost my bracelet there and I could find it with staff's help. Today I went there to do prior tests for Lasik laser treatment. I was properly guided from the reception. From each floor I got proper instructions throughout the testing procedure except the 3rd floor. The girl in the cashier was a little confused with billing and everything. But the optometrists who were there for the tests were very kind and helpful.

    Amazed at the latest technology at ward place. Why can't our government hospitals provide the same treatment ? Patient treated with care. If not I'm sure they get booted out. Should do the same with the government departments. (a small coffee shop would have been great!)

    I bought two spectacles and one sunglass from your store nearly six months ago, and I was shocked to discover last Sunday that one of them (the right arm) had been broken without doing any of the prohibited motions. By the way, I went to the store and, from the technical end, it was communicated that it was not possible to fix and I had to buy a new frame and replace the glasses. Spectacles are a problem for me, and I asked the staff to fix it in some way, but they did not listen to me and instead promoted a new frame. I felt completely helpless, so I bought a new one and replaced the glasses. Once I came back, I tried to fix the broken arm and, without placing glue, I was able to fix it permanently and the frame is perfectly OK now. This is really disappointing for me, and I have no idea why your staff are doing such a cheap way to meet sales targets. I'm a loyal customer of yours since I wear spectacles, and I'll not promote your business or not come to see you people in the future to fulfill my spectacle requirements. This is really unacceptable. If you want to achieve sales targets, please try to do it another way. Do not use such cheap processors. Shame on your service.

    Really good service. If you have multiple tests to be done, ask the staff, they will guide where it's not busy to take the other tests in your list than waiting in front of a test room where it's busy and a lot of others are waiting. Really a good systematic service. And their reports also printed in good quality materials

    Been buying these glasses from two years ago… absolute value for money!! I love them… 1.75 reading glasses was 850 but because of the dollar they have increased it to 1500/-. Still reasonable. I also got cleaning Liquid and cloth from them as well! Staff very courteous!! Amazing service

    My daughter usually gets her glasses prescribed from Vision Care. Most of the time my daughter's spectacles are faulty. One time, her cylindrical axis was made incorrectly, and when we complained to get it remade, they just tilted one side of her spectacle frame rather than getting a lens remade to her correct prescription. Recently, when we went to collect her new spectacles from the store, the lenses had two different coatings where one had blue coating and the other had green coating, which made my daughter very uncomfortable to see. We complained again about this, and then when we got back her spectacles, just to find the coatings to be different colours again as one of the lenses had a clear green coating and the other had a yellowish coating which still made my daughter uncomfortable to see when worn. We are very disappointed in the service that this Vision Care is providing as this has wasted a great amount of our time and money.
