One of the bad place. Doctors are directing to go to this place and innocents are going with out knowing any thing. They test and trick people to select frames and try to lock them without telling about the test report. Patients are clueless. I visited and those staff have been trained to cheat people and they don’t know, the value of customer care and caring at least for the name of VISION CARE. If they don’t give report; they should charge fee for the service without cheating people. I saw specifically old people are coming and they have no idea about it but need a glasses. We should refer people for small places and reject this kind of business, sucks… be shame those staffs work at this place. They should know it, how do they feel when they go to other place, if they have been treated.

Have been a Vision Care customer for more than a decade & their service has always been top notch. This was my first visit to the Union Place branch. Apart from having the ample parking space this branch also has areas which are especially geared for kids. Was really happy with the service. Shamani was very patient & helpful in finding frames for my 3 kids, esp with one who was not cooperating because he was not happy to wear spectacles. She provided some useful advice in picking out our selections. It was definitely a pleasure coming to the Union Place branch and experiencing the seamless professionalism in the way they processed our visit.

Really nice customer service and the staff is very friendly. I’ve been to this place so many times and it’s always the same. It doesn’t matter whether you know anyone from inside or not, they treat everyone the same and with high regards. They have really good services as well and also the manager is very friendly and he pushes himself to serve the customer his very best. Really happy with the products and services as well as the customer service. Best place to go for your eye checkups and your optical and hearing needs. Highly recommended.

Having bought items at premium prices promising after sales, went for a repair and all they could do was give blue colour sunglass arms for a black colour frame charging me for the horrible mismatching pair of sunglasses. One of the leading other brand in SL was able to repair the sunglass arm and make it just as before. Would never recommend the servicing department nor the so called promised after sales

I would like to drop a huge thank to isuri works at union for place branch. For the friendly ,efficient and great customer service I’ve received. I have been calling almost all the other Vision care branches to get powered swimming goggles . (Head office branch, Mount Lavinia , moratuwa. ) All what they did was just taking down, my number and promising to call back. So far till now I didn’t receive any call back. Up to date. The only person got back to me was isuri at union place. Even though they didn’t had it she checked with all the other branches. And manage to get it to Colombo. And unlike most other representatives she did her work with passion. As a customer that what we expect. she was making an effort to get it done . While constantly updating me. Thank you so much isuri❤️ for getting down My goggles .

Excellent service extended by Madushanka who works for Vision care 505 outlet . I am really happy to recommend this place for specially Ray Ban sunglasses and they have the original products in Sri Lanka .
