Dilliganz Customer service is not that great . And expensive electronic stuffs. Eg same samsung model fridge can be bought in a lower cost at samsung or softlogic . Innovex Electronic stuffs are good. Hope they can improve how they handle there customers

I bought a refrigerator, washing machine, two innovex stand fan and many more, had an issue with the fan safety belt which was broke after 3 months, I went to claim and answer I got was from the staff for me to glue the belt and use, I thought I heard it wrong and asked him again, answer was the same and it’s out of stock, I asked him when it will be available? He replied ‘ do not know when’ without this plastic belt not able to connect both safety cups as shown in the picture, I’m not sure if the staff care about customers safety especially when you have kids around, disappointing service from nugegoda Think again if you are going to buy something from this shop, I bought it from nugegoda

Bought somany quality products from here, but now there are no products. And also they dont have enough staff to attend customer needs. Now, they are into other products than selling household items. I see their business is going down because of import restrictions.

The place is big but with very limited items to choose. Maybe due to our current country situation they are temporary not adding any new selection for their inventory at this moment. Damro's price is reasonable and their delivery service is hassle free. The company should train their salespeople to be more attentive to the customer need.

However I noted the prices have gone up after the currency depreciation. You get discounts for cash and foreign currency payments.

An excellent place experience damro electronic products and other house/furniture items. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They have under ground parking which is enough even for a crowded day. The place has multiple stories and all the products are organized well. Recommend to anyone who requires a excellent showroom.

This is a spacious, 4 stories showroom with all kinds of home appliances and furniture for sale. The first floor is mostly electronic appliances, and as you go to the upper levels you get indoor furniture, bedroom furniture, office furniture etc. On each floor there is at least one employee who’d answer any questions you have and take your order. Some of the items on display are not available to purchase right away, and could take up to several weeks to be made. Once you confirm your order, you have to take your receipt for eh cashier downstairs and make your payment. For many items there are easy payment options available. Staff is friendly and helpful. The place is well maintained. Prices are reasonable.

One of the best choices in searching furniture.Unfortunately most desings are discontinued and even the display units are sold. The lead time for production of current models , is around one month. Seems to SL's are affluent and buying power is not affected?
