To anyone who is reading. Please dont buy from them. They rip people in broad day light. I placed and cancelled an order in a matter of 3 days. Since i had paid an advance of 70k they said they cannot make a refund though its been only a couple of days and i had to buy some item. I spoke both to the salesperson and the manager and the manager suggested i buy a chain for 70 k which will be the best thing i can do for the money since it has the lowest labour cost. They sold me a 22kt gold chain of 4.06 gms for a whopping 64k and returned the 6k in cash. Though i was hesitant and felt it was too much i had no choice left. Later i took the chain to several places around the town and 99% of them told me i could have easily bought this for 54k. Dont cheat people like this. People come to you because they trust you. Highly disappointed. Please check other trusted jewellers before you invest in gold. I have no intention of ruining anyone's brand name. That was not the purpose nor am i trying to get any remedy either. I just pointed out how much you can manipulate in the name of technicalities and charge the customer a very unfair price. Sorry for posting it twice,i had used my business ID to post the former accidentally and had to switch to my personal. As for the calculation i think you got it wrong. For 4.06 grams at the rate of 99k a sovereign it will be merely 50,368/= which means you charged 14k for half a sovereign as wastage labour. If thats the case i think it was overly priced. Thanks for the reply anyway. And on visiting competitors i asked them both the value of the gold and at what price a 4.06g of similar gold chain would be sold at , by them. Consumers aren't dumb, we are rational enough to make these comparisons. I made my comment after analysing thoroughly.

They supported us to find the best items for our budget. A good discount was given by them as well. I highly recommend buying gold items from this store.
