I had a very good cutomer experience with pettah branch 5 stars to them. but unfortunately the group of thugs in nugegoda branch made me utterly disgusted towards arthurs brand name. Be careful purchasing any jewellery from the nugegoda branch.had to pay 100k extra for a 1 day delay and they intentionally didnt make any calls or messages so they can charge extra in this crisis

Worst worst worst jewellery shop ever!!!!! NEVER EVER go to this place guys. Specially their branch at NUGEGODA. They are the best actors ever 😅 I placed my order for a ring in February by making an advance payment and the collection date they gave was 25th march. Since I couldn't collect on 25th I called them and informed I'll be coming on the next day to collect it. And the person said ok, the ring is ready collect it from NUGEGODA branch. And I specially asked about the new rates and he said it won't be applicable and no change in the price if I collect on the next day. When I visited the shop and showed them the bill and asked for the ring the sales girls and boys acted so weird and they were secretly discussing for few minutes and one boy came and said the ring is not ready and they have to make changes in the previous price of the ring. They said I have to pay for the new rates!!!!!! I got mad and asked them to stop acting and bring the ring. Then another one came and said ring is there but another 75k will be added to my bill. I had to spend two three hours there to argue with the sales persons and also their so called manager. I've never seen that kinda unprofessional and rude customer service anywhere. They have gone crazy because of the new rates and they don't maintain their status or name anymore, they are only greedy people who cheats on their customers. MANNERLESS PEOPLE!!!! Never trust them never make jewellery from them. I had no option cause it was my wedding ring so I had to pay and collect anyway. Be careful if you choose them cause they'll never call or message you when your item is ready to collect, they'll intentionally make you miss the date and once you go there to collect they'll offer you a new bill with another 75k -100k added to the total 😅they made me so uncomfortable and those people are so so sooo disgusting. WORST PLACE ever!!!!! They don't even deserve one star. Disappointed to the fullest!!!!!!!

I placed an order for my engagement ring a month in advance, and they informed it will take a maximum of 2 weeks to deliver the ring. They took the order, and it was a customized ring. I paid the advance too. But it took almost 4 weeks to finish the ring, and the engagement was in the same week. When I went to collect the ring, it was completely different from the design that I requested. The worst thing is that there is a set of white stones on the ring band but the last stone they have put an orange stone instead of a white stone. This proves their careless service and they haven't pay any attention to my design. Disgusting and disappointing customer service. Never customize your special day jewelry from them..🤮👎🏼🚫🚫 1st picture what they have me 2nd pic what I asked for..😂
