    It's really disappointing to see that they are charging an e-channeling service fee even for appointment cancelations by the hospital or doctor. I had to pay the same e-channeling fee twice for the same appointment. And the worst case is you have to go all the way to the hospital where your appointment got canceled to collect the refund of doctor fee and hospital charges. Even they don't respond to your to emails nor calls that easily. Feedback form which is on their website is also not working. Very disappointing and disgusting service. USE ALTERNATIVES!!!! DOC 990 is much better and responsive than them.

    They offer you a no show refund but it will be tough to get your refund. I called and emailed them multiple times and every time they said it will take more time to process. Then I went to Durdans on another day and got an appointment at the hospital and when I told them about the previous appointment that I couldn’t come for they refunded me that amount instantly! E-channeling never even told me that it was possible to get a refund from the hospital!

    The service useful because there are no other service providers yet. But the refund policy is the worst one I have seen. We have to go to the relevant hospital to get back our refund if the doctor cancels the appointment. If I could go to the hospital, why would I use their service in the first place? Even if I go to the hospital, they even deduct their echanelling fee where I have got aboslutely no service and still had to travel to the hospital. There is a "No show refund policy" which says "you can claim the total charge of your appointment in the event of a cancellation made by you", there is no word about what happens when the hospital cancels, but there customer service says it is applicable when doctor cancels as well which has not been stated at all. There is no option to raise a complaint too. USE AN ALTERNATIVE SERVICE.

    Channeled doctor cancelled the appointments and channeling fee never been addressed. Rs.275 charged as service fee by echanneling is absolute loss. Not recommend to use the service until the customer secured.

    I made an appointment to Dr. Yamuna Senadeera (Cons. Physician) at Asiri Medical at 6.30am today (15th Dec.). My appointment No. was 01 and we were there at 6.20am. But Doctor didn't come till 7.35am. Her answer was "on the way" when called twice by the Hospital. So, I wanted to cancel my appointment from the Doctor who doesn't care about her Patients (specially in Pvt sector). When I checked with E channeling, they said that it is not possible to claim refund as my appointment was a Normal. YES, It was a normal appointment, but for the time 6.30am. We can excuse for 10-15min. Maximum half an hour. But, more than one hour? Should we pay for Doctors' negligence as well? I came back at 7.40am from the premises without seeing a Doctor as well as without getting a refund. Very unfair and useless condition. Who can value our Valuable time? There should be a system to pay the compensation to the Patient by the Doctor for an instance of this nature. To General public as well as E channelling service- pls don't promote these type of characters as Doctors for poor Patients.

    Terrible service. They don’t offer refunds! Even when the doctor cancels the session, they ask you to go to the hospital and get the refund from which they again deduct booking charges. Best thing would be to make appointments directly through the hospital as echannelling is a very unreliable service.

    I have got appointment however doctor has cancelled session. But echannelling not having refund system. We have to go to the hospital & get the refund which cost more than channeling fee (transport/time) they only concern about their fee & not patient convenience. Any system to be support both customer and organization. Bad experience

    Poor system. I tried to make an appointment to a doctor and even after I made the transaction their system failed and the appointment was not placed. But I was charged for the appointment. Once called their hotline they replied that the amount will be refunded in 3 days. They should hire a good technical team who has knowledge about database transactions. I'm not recommending anyone to use this site to do bookings.

    Data is not accurate. When the channelling was in placed, when we go to the hospital, even the hospital was not aware and the doctor also was not aware about such availability. Very FAKE Data on this system. VERY FAKE. Lost my time and money. Thank you for becoming a FAKE system.

    I have done a payment to e channeling via mcash and they have charged twice mistakenly.Then i called echanneling and informed the issue and they promised to revise the amount within 2 days.4 weeks gone but no such action from them.I had to call them again.But still no action has been taken.

    Worst when it comes to claim refunds, I booked a appointment to the Nugegoda Ceymed on 2-Dec-2022, but doctor didn't come, I have made a refund request but still they haven't processed it. their term and conditions says the refund process only take 2 days. Then I called the customer hotline: they said that it takes 7 days. (Even after I have paid additional rs250 for no show refund) The worst part is that the call agent tried to misinterpret the word "processing" and also didn't give a direct answer to me when I asked whether or not they had deposited money to my bank. So beware, it might be much easier for us to directly take the refund from the hospital.

    Try to contact them on the contact number given on back of the membership card as i had a problem getting connected to get a Doctor appointment and realised the number was not working. later i got the contact number and spoke to them to make a complaint for which i didn't get a proper response. Another dissatisfied customer due to bad service

    I have made 3 channellings via ECHANNELLING service recent past and I didn’t get the doctor delay messages two times out of 3. The main purpose of using ECHANNELLING service has been to reduce the waiting time and due to not delivering Dr delay messages I had to wait more than 1 hour at hospital opd each time. When I inquiry about the issue, i didn’t get any support from ECHANNELLING side to resolve the issue. I don’t know whether this is a common issue to other users but I experienced the issue couple of times out of 3 recent past booking which makes really uncomfortable to me.

    Beware of using this app or website.. initially it says booking available and deduct the amount from your card and say transaction failed. When called service agents they never say name or give reference no. Just mention payment will refund within 5 working days..

    I’ve used echannelling for a while, but recently its service quality has gone down drastically. Last week I got an appointment through echannelling using my Visa card and the transaction failed. Then I tried it again and it failed again, even though there was no issue with the card. This has happened to me quite a few times recently. Then when I checked the bank transactions, I realised that the amount has been deducted from my bank account twice by echannelling, even though I didn’t get any appointments. I called the bank and they informed me that echannelling has approved the transactions as well. There’s no hotline or whatsoever to contact any customer service agent to make this complaint. It has become a scam with no transparency at all. I don’t recommend anyone to make channeling appointments through this site anymore. There are much convenient options provided through Dialog and SLT.

    Today, September 23, at 16.00 hours, I was trying to make a booking for one doctor and called customer care for the first time. I have reached out to Ms. Maneeha. She has given me the wrong information and given me a booking date that does not appear in the booking calendar. Second, I called again to cross-verify one person's answer. Mr.Chanaka again gave me the wrong answer and asked me to call again and check with another person. Ethically, this customer care service is not capable of handling the situation, especially in hospitality. What is the person calling and making a booking through the e-channelling application? What is the use of customer care services if customers cannot make bookings for their care even by paying cash? spoiling the whole world's hospitality service by giving the wrong information and with the wrong attitude. Customer care should be maintained with professional standards. I never suggest making a booking for any customer through this application; directly contact the hospital or visit. This is the worst service I've ever received.

    Very dissatisfied experience. Seems like a stonage app. No development at all. Just exploiting money without giving valued services. Terrible app and web browser. Very hard to use.     I made an appointment by calling 225 and Channelled a doctor at Nevil Fernando hospital. As they charge nearly 300 Lkr for this service at least they should inform that the doctor has arrived at the hospital. They failed to do that and I nearly missed the appointment. Truely disappointed at this service

    I have booked two eChannelling numbers to CCC kandy. They to call after paying and over the phone they said that my numbers are 1 and 2. When I get here they my numbers are 4 and 8. What is this? If they said over the phone my numbers are 4 and 8 is fine but when I come here they says like that is right. Please check this. Next time i am not using this service. This is wast of time and money. Please don’t use this.
