dont use this courier service, really bad service, i send a document on a friday , but they cant deliver it till next week tuesday, i think srilanka normal postal service is great better that this buddy hell company,, pls dont use this company !

After being let down badly by DOMEX, i decided to look around for a smaller company. Had to wait a little while before someone answered my call but apart from that i was extremely happy with the charges and smoothness of my package being picked up from Colombo to being delivered to Kandy. A couple of comparisons. When asked what time can the goods be picked up? DOMEX anything between 12 and 5. Global anything between 12 and 3. DOMEX never actually picked up the package. Global was prompt. DOMEX when i called to ask where package and gave ref number, I was told the package was already in the Kandy depot. Next day the person who was sending the goods called me and told me the goods are still in her shop. Global, called one day, next day picked up, day after delivered. Do yourself a favour by trying this company out! Regards Michael

The worst courier service. A document was handed over on Monday (20/09) and till date (24/09), it has not been delivered. It has not even left India still. The worst part is, they can’t even give a tentative date of delivery.

They are third-rate service providers, employing a group of irresponsible individuals. They lack respect for customers and seem to lose interest in their responsibilities once given an item. It wouldn't be surprising if they have been stealing parcels, as items handed over to them often return as empty packages. Currently, I am dealing with this frustrating experience. Brace yourself to wait for three months, even if they promise a three-week service. This is the worst service company I have ever encountered. I expected to find what was in the boxes from Australia when I brought them home, but unfortunately, most of them have been stolen. The majority of the high-quality, brand-new items in my parcel are missing, resulting in a waste of both our money and time. I am documenting this issue to prevent others from wasting their money.

Really bad customer service. Do not use this company for your deliveries. My parcel was picked up on the 20th of December and today is the 29th. The parcel has still not been delivered. I understand that there were holidays but this is unacceptable.

My parcels were collected on 22nd Dec and still not delivered, nasty about the call answer (no answer) even the H/O. Pls do not use the service Can share the T/Nos if necessary
