During
the
seven
and
half
hours
period
I
have
tried
to
contact
this
office
more
than
10
times
but
was
unsuccessful.
It
is
a
real
disgrace
to
the
world
richest
company
Microsoft
to
maintain
this
type
of
uncivilized
company
in
Sri
Lanka.
There
is
nothing
strange
about
this
practice
as
many
Sri
lankans
are
not
punctual
and
do
not
have
enough
courtesy
to
support
their
customers.
Sri
lankans
has
their
own
ways
of
customer
service
in
they
have
not
come
no
we
need
to
the
customer
service
in
Europe
America
and
other
civilizations
world.
At
the
end
of
the
day,the
reputation
they
are
tarnishing
is
the
reputation
of
the
world
biggest
and
richest
company
Microsoft.
the
sooner
the
Microsoft
remove
this
company
as
their
agent
the
better
for
the
Sri
lankan
customers.
Shame
on
you
Microsoft
staff
in
Sri
Lanka
you
need
to
go
to
Europe
to
learn
the
customer
service
skills
because
you
are
a
bunch
of
uncivilized
people.
