Nice place to hangout with friends. The portions of foods are not adequate comparing the price but delicious. Evening music vibe is great with dj and special events. For the sofa seating area you should preorder the place. Overall its an average place.

Great place to have a cool beer and have a chat. There are lots of outdoor seats and indoor as well. The atmosphere is very good. They serve beer towers and pitchers, and some other types of liquor. They managed somehow to make all orders without much delay. Even girls are out there having a beer and chat this is a safe place for a women to be unlike most other places. Sausages platter, hot butter mushroom and hot butter cuttlefish are recommended to accompany your drinks. A relaxing place in the city bed. The only week point is that the management didn’t allow us to go to the roof top. It was a day time we went there. So I don’t know it was the reason for that. Liquors and beers are much expensive than other places. Overall nice experience. 🍺🔥

Had the worst experience at this pub. I’m pretty sure this is the only place in Colombo where a staff member has the guts to casually steal a customer’s credit card and spend a hefty amount with it. They take advantage of us when all we want to do is chill and have some fun. If you’re visiting this place .. be sure to think twice

Nice pub and restaurant. Friendly staff. Food was okay, not too great but the hot butter cuttlefish was tasty. Need to book the only available two sofa seating area beforehand. Otherwise you'll end up with pretty uncomfortable seating options. Overall an "ok" place

Quality cocktails, excellent customer service, roof top is a bit noisy, indoor area is relatively chilled. So choose depending on your mood. To reach level 4 you need to take the world's smallest elevator 😅

Had a great night at level 4. The service was exceptional, especially that of our waiter Pradeep. He ensured that we had everything we needed without even having to ask for it and was constantly around offering his assistance. The vibe was great and the DJ that night put on some cracker music.(NECO) Overall it was a great experience. Would highly recommend Level 4 to anyone who’s looking to have an exciting night!

I felt that there is a compromise in the service; I couldn't feel the same vibe as previous. The items are quite expensive and the quality is not up to the standard. It's really disappointing. And they got some restrictions on seating. That's a sick literally

This new and modern bar and restaurant has a great rooftop area which is perfect for views of both the Lotus Tower and the coast/sunset. All our meals cooked by Moshan were great - and just the right level of spice. Thanks

Had a bad experience in the last time I visited there 🥴 I ordered a beer pitcher,Devilled pork dish and Chicken devilled dish for myself and a friend , We felt that beer pitcher (1.5 liters) was diluted (mixed with Water ) and the pork dish was wholely contained with oily pork cubes . Prices are not fair too as we got a total bill around Rs 6000 only for above three items . So had to go to another place and drink again as the beer pitcher was mixed with water or sth 🙆🏻‍♂️ This place used to be a good place but not anymore though 🙄

So Good! We had fun night with my friends. Level4, is a cool place to go. Good ambience. The staff is so nice and accommodating. you can totally dance to dj thamisters dope mixes till you drop and have a wonderful time. Will definitely come back soon!!

One of the best places in the heart of Colombo. Love the total rooftop vibe and the balcony view which they got. The balcony seatings are soo comfy and nice to chill. Food was delicious and the cocktails are upto the standards. The Staff is also very nice and friendly. Dj thamister did an excellent job he knows music and knows how to cater music to the crowd. We had a good time there!!

The worst place around WTC to have daily lunch. Cheap lunch packets with the cheapest quality. Will never recommend to anyone. ( 16th June 2023)

Visited this place on 27/12/2021 with a bunch of friends and our experience there wasn't nice at all. We ordered a pitcher of raspberry margarita, mocktails and cheese koththu first. The raspberry margarita was a disaster as it didn't taste or smell raspberry at all. It tasted like a horrible lime juice and the pitcher was filled with lots of ice cubes rather than the drink. The mocktail we ordered tasted like a syrup. It was extreamly disappointing we didn't get value for the money we paid. Their cheese koththu tasted great but portions were so small. Didn't want to order anything else from them as we were really dissatisfied with the quality of the margarita. Do not recommend this place.

A really awesome place to go and chill and have some drinks with some friends. Love the atmosphere and the view from the terrace. Food is so good and they have some various types of quality cocktails. staff was very friendly and knows how to talk and treat people properly. The music and the song selection by dj thamister is absolute fire. We had a ball there!! Highly recommended... 👏🏼

Rip-off

One of the newest and best pubs in Colombo. This place has an amazing rooftop view and the food. The food is sooooo good, like every single thing on the menu tastes amazing. The staff is very friendly and the service is quite quick. I would recommend this spot to locals as well as foreigners who would like to enjoy some good drinks with their friends

Great place to have a beer. You can have the place for yourself when you visit on week days. Fridays and the weekends are fun there. Happening.. Earlier it went by the name Exchange Pub. The managemet has changed and they renovated a bit and gave a new name. New vibe is much better.

I had a birthday celebration for my friend last week and it was amazing. Everyone was friendly and open to everything. The manager Gayan helped me out with many things, cheers to him and the view they have is a killer view. This is one of the best places I've been to in Colombo. I will definitely be back here♥️

Food and drinks were ok, nothing specially enticing. Location is great the view is good in early after noon or before. If you come here for dinner there is not much to see.

Restaurant has a nice view.Seems like a common sense thing, but when there are 2 people dining, you would expect 2 menues.Just 1 to share. There was only 1 other table dining. They were out of the menu items we wanted so we chose not to dine there, but did enjoy a drink.
