Very poor service. Plenty of people in the pharmacy, but takes more than 40 mins to give the medicine. Even the government pharmacies are much efficient than this. Too many cooks, spoil the soup. Will never go there again

Simply don't go there, even it is the last pharmacy remaining iin this world. Last time I waited in the prescription counter for 10 minutes as nobody was attended. Then I left. And aftrr the doctor channel, the nurse gave me a token and askedme to go to their pharmacy. When I told her my past experience, she said that they have implemented a system and things should happen so quick. So I trusted her and wwent again. My decision was disaster. I waited for 30 minutes and there was no sign of receiving my medicine (Just three items). So I went back to the counter and requested back my prescription, so that I can by from somewhere else. Then they were enlightened and looking for my order. Nobody knew where it was. After another 10 minutes finally received my order. They were apologizing, but does not worth since they wasted around 45 minutes of my time. The place was not crowded either. Just 5, 6 people waoting for medicine. SO MY RECOMMENDATION IS DON'T FALL FOR THE TRAPS. SIMPLY DON'T GO THE PHARMACY. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

One of the most inefficient pharmacies in the country I guess. It takes ages to get a simple prescription out, Pharmacy in the first floor is worse than this. Most of the time I am told to visit the main pharmacy

Well organized pharmacy with a massive range of medicine. Its specious and has comfortable area for customers to wait until their medicine is ready for pick-up. Staff is well-trained and knowledgeable. The only downside is the efficiency. It usually takes a long time for them to prepare the prescribed medicine for pick-up. If this could be improved, it'll be a perfect place.

Even with very few customers and multiple staff, they take more than 30 mins (sometimes 45 mins) to issue medicine for a prescription. If you don't have time to wait, better find another pharmacy

Experiencing the worst pharmacy service ever. Had to wait in a queue for a long time, and even when waiting, they asked to proceed to another counter with a larger queue, despite other counters being free. Similar to a government hospital system.

I had a very bad experience at Lanka Hospital main Pharmacy. I went there to get a medicines with a prescription, and the wait was over an hour. In front of me was a senior citizen. She gave him the wrong dosage of medication, and when he pointed it out, she just shrugged and said "it's fine" you need to cut the tablet 1/4 and consume. When he pointed out how a tablet could be broken to 1/4 the staff member was rude and dismissive. Senior citizen raised this issue with the duty manager compromising his own time to uplift the standards of this pharmacy. I also noticed that the pharmacy was out of stock of several medications, even though the computer system said they had them in stock. When I asked about this, the staff member said they would order them, but I'm not sure if they ever did. To top it off, the prescription counter person had a long beard and kept touching it while he was handling the stickers for medication. This is a major hygiene concern, and I'm surprised that the pharmacy would allow it. The token system was also incorrect. I was issued a 2 PM ticket even though it was 9 PM. Also, the medicines were not issued based on the token number order. This caused me to have to pay additional charges for car parking. I would not recommend Lanka Hospital main Pharmacy to anyone. The service is terrible, and the staff is unprofessional.

I am compelled to come here because I visit the Hospital. According to my experience the staff is very inefficient. It causes lot of delay. Some members are lacks courtesy as well. Not at all compatible with the other services of the hospital. Pharmacy is the only problem of this hospital.

If your in a rush, never go to the place. Waited for 40 minutes before they even started looking at the prescription sent on WhatsApp. What a joke.

Worst service ever..!! Even any representative don't know how to send their service smoothly. No proper system ever. Patients needs to wait more than 0.5 hrs to get number. And that time more counters were closed and those representatives did gossiping with other employees inside of it. You can take medicines from any outside pharmacy rather than to going there.

Really bad service. I was the only person at the pharmacy however they took more than 20 mins to get the drugs sorted. Very poor service and never could I recommend anyone to use this pharmacy

One of a disgusting place. Please at least read the Google Map comments before you go there. Otherwise you may need to wait more than 40 min to get even a parasitamol card. We went with our 2yr old kid and it was annoying to us for waiting for a long period. Once we start talking, they quickly gave the medicine. The employees are really lazy that is the case. I think they don’t have a unity among themselves.

Great care from all. The staffs were very attentive especially the officer in charge and caring to provide the best service. The atmosphere and the layout were also calming and clean. Response time and speed of preparation were also upto the satisfaction.

Very slow service, and it looks that staff not really care about the customers. Expensive, same drugs you can buy from other leading pharmacies in Colombo for lower rates.
