So as usual one of my friends had visited sensaal to have lunch as usual at the World Trade Center! But what’s suprising is that they found a tiny little snail having a nap amidst the fried rice. Sri Lankan restaurants are going from bad to worse.You can’t buy hygienic food anywhere it seems! The food authority in Sri Lanka needs to act soon before worms and snails become our national food...Well maybe all these outlets want us to eat like the Chinese LOL. There have been many complaints on this branch but this is the first time for me. So please be careful as snail rice is in town now.

I bought a chicken kothu here but it's so spicy, the pastries like sponge cake & crossiant are good

The restaurant has a really nice atmosphere and the setting is very attractive. Even the colours they have used are very vibrant. And that was the only plus point I could see. The food was very stale and couldn't eat at all. Then I got a Nestea which was fine. The customer service was really bad. They behaved as if they were paying for my meals. Very disappointed!

Nice place to dine around WTC. Unique atmosphere and interiors were really beautiful. Food was average and affordable like most of the Sen Saal outlets. Recommend for quick snack where you are near by WTC.

atmosphere is good quite and charming, but food quality not worth the money, foods are overpriced, we bought some gataeu cake slices and it can be seen was not fresh. It may have been kept for days.we also bought egg noodles and that was too spicy.

Good comfy seating and ambience. Prices are reasonable given it is inside WTC.

Buy a fried rice and get a free snail

The fried rice bought had a snail in it. Terrible response when informed. Horrible place to visit.

9th August:- Ok place for a quick bite.... Not for meals. I've been there for breakfast, they are not good at all. They have a variety of bakery items which are tasty and affordable. The most annoying thing about this place is mosquitoes. There are plenty of dark corners filled with mosquitoes. Mosquito bites are certain if you sit still for more than 5 minutes. I have never seen mosquitoes in any other place in WTC but this. Edit 14th August :- I got infected with dengue fever. I will never visit this place again.

There was a snail in the lunch packet my friend bought

On of my colleagues found a snail in chicken fried rice at Sen saal WTC. The staff needs more training and no proper cordination.

The place is not clean at all , there were lots of mosquitos and cockroaches, not a very clean environment, even after consuming the food my self and my colleagues started to have an itchy throat , I do not recommend this place at WTC

Bought an iced coffee for breakfast and they have left almost half of the cup free may be to fill the rest by myself. But the price is still the same 😅 and look at the straw they privided.

Don’t ever go there. Staff doesn’t know how to talk to a customer. Lighting also insufficient to dine-in. Overall an awful restaurant.

Ordered fish and chips and they gave chicken. It was full of crispy and small chicken piece inside. We showed to staff and they just smiled. Not worth for 450/- should have gone to KFC

It is good to have a restaurant like this at the TWC building. The atmosphere is nice. The prices are normal for the area, and there is enough space for dining in.

Decent place with decent food. Affordable prices. Bit crowded during lunchtime but service is fast. Fish and Chips is a good option for someone who doesn't want to eat rice dishes

Cleaner than compare to place Sen Sal at Union Place.

Great place with moderately priced food snacks, tea and coffee plus other sit down meals. This outlet specifically offers a pleasing environment to dine.

It's the restaurant right at the ground floor. Decked with usual Sen saal theam and signature style of order taking. Place is highly efficient considering the number of patrons come in daily as the only restaurant available in WTC. You will get the usual meals like rice and curry, fried rice etc for lunch and dinner along with assortment of short eats. Only down side is they have only one cashier which might be over whelmed during rush hour.

Great customer service. Specially to Madhu and the team for the support given to get the oder done on a short notice.

Good food but not hot 😶

I was order Sri Lankan omelet package, it should contain 2 roasted bread slice omelet,butter and sambol. but after 20min later they are bring me a one omelet without any other. one time I bought 20 string hoppers with curry, but I checked their was a 10 string hoppers only. this place service not good and not recommend to any one.

Very bad food. Bought noodles for breakfast. Not worth for money. The chicken gravy was watery and no taste. The worst pol sambol i have ever eaten. Dont go there. Wtc sensaal

We visited this place few days back. Food was neither tasty nor hot. Plates were broken from the edges. There were some cockroaches at the wash basin.

Sen sal so nice. There are all kinds of dishes out there. Comfortable. New style. Now better than before.

Please is clean and quiet. Foods are great and delicious. Reasonable price. Good customer service and friendly staff. Open even on Saturdays. Card payment and contactless payment methods (FriMi) available.

Have to be careful about rice. If sensaal WTC offers chemical based rice such as ICC rice is very critical for your health. I had few days lunch from them after that Resulted gastritis condition?

Awesome cosy restaurant

Bought string hoppers from them. String hoppers were extremely thin so the quantity was very little. They even refused to give pol sambol with string hoppers saying that sambol’s only for red rice menu. Not a very satisfying experience.

Food is good. Prices are little above the average margin. But it serves well for WTC. Its open throughout the week and food is available at anytime.

There’s no worse feeling than spending money on disappointing food🤮

today I went to buy a cake in #sen-saal @ #WTC branche and try to #pay in #Frimi payment options but one of the sttafs said that the "Frimi payment option is not available," I was very shocked pay money and bought a cake. Another think is their repeated to ask what is frimi and they don't know about that. I know all other branches have frimi payment option, why is not here shame
