This
is
a
great
place
to
go
to
for
some
motivation
for
some
exercise.
The
park
is
about
3km
in
length
with
separate
lanes
for
cycling
and
walking
/
jogging.
The
entire
track
surrounds
a
lake
that
which
definitely
lends
a
serene
atmosphere,
as
you
complete
your
daily
workout
quota.
The
park
also
offers
small
rest
points,
of
small
cement
stools,
for
you
to
take
a
pause,
as
you
catch
your
breath.
It
also
has
an
area
with
exercise
equipment,
however
it
is
quite
basic
and
does
not
have
the
same
requirements
of
a
usual
gym.
The
park
is
also
home
to
different
birds,
reptiles
and
other
animals,
which
is
a
good
attraction
to
break
the
monotony
of
your
daily
walks.
However,
caution
must
be
observed
in
order
to
prevent
yourself
being
harmed
by
these
creatures.
Although
there
is
a
constant
flow
of
people,
you
rarely
feel
congested
because
the
track
is
so
long,
the
people
are
often
spread
out,
maintaining
social
distance.
Although
the
track
offers
some
fresh
air,
there
are
still
parts
where
the
water
and
dirt
has
been
left
to
stagnate,
which
gives
off
a
bad
odour.
The
park
also
offers
eating
houses
for
you
to
have
some
food
and
beverage
to
energize
(and
treat)
you
for
the
day.
All
in
all,
this
is
quite
a
great
place
to
visit
to
maintain
a
healthier
lifestyle.
