Great management and 5 star customer service! We Findlay found our perfect stay in Colombo. Our stay at Kreation hotel was even better than expected. The guys at the reception were so helpful throughout our entire stay. They made sure we had it all and were always there when we needed something. Seriously they were brilliant!! Most importantly, our room was super *clean*. The bedsheets, the bathroom everything was shinning 🙏 That was a truly pleasant stay!

Spent 10 days in there. It was a nice and clean room. Staff was really friendly. Calm and quiet place in the heart of Colombo. Even though I didn't take any meals from the hotel, there were lot of good places to buy good food near the hotel.

A really nice room worth more than what you pay for in Colombo 3. ( Kollupitiya, colpetty ) ** Super clean room with living grass balcony ( My kids were really happy when we stayed there) ** Staff was very friendly ( The guy called Krishan was really helpful. May be he’s the owner or Manager) ** 24 hours security and entrance facility.

Very disappointed. I booked a room over the phone by paying advance. Then they called me and said that my room given to another one. Bad management. Bad experience. Not recommended 👎

One of my best experiences which I had. Very perfect and clean well maintained hotels rooms. Good rate too, room services are adorable and I’m more liked Indians foods. They had Indian, Indonesian, Italy and Chinese style dishes too. Specifically they were good at prices when compared to other hotels.
