Sri Vihar nugegoda restaurant is located near high level road nugegoda and has a parking space in front of it. You can find a variety of vegan foods, including my favorite, the Ghee Dosa. They are extremely skilled at Indian cuisine. The restaurant is quite large and has a restroom. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The food arrives immediately after you place your order.

We’ve been visiting Sri Vihar for over 10 years now. It’s definitely a nostalgic place with a lot of great memories. My husband really likes the Thali here, so much so that he finishes it. We opt for the North Indian Thali as it comes with a paneer dish. It’s a really satisfying meal. All the curries you’re given are really tasty and it feels like an interactive experience trying out each curry one by one, adding curd to your rice, having sips of rasam in between or to start off with and ending with the sago dessert. I would also recommend their samosas that comes with a sweet honey-tasting dipping sauce. I’m not sure how, but the combination of spices with the potato filling and the sweetness of the dipping sauce gives it a meaty flavour that I didn’t expect. The prices at Sri Vihar are really competitive and reasonable. One North Indian Thali was 775 I believe. It’s an air conditioned restaurant with attentive servers. I can’t help but come back every now and again for a hearty Indian meal.

Located Close to Kandy Nugegoda outlet. Parking space is available. Excellent Indian food with lot of varieties. Prices are reasonable given that the country's situation. We had a paper dosai, paneer dosai and Chili parata. All were great in taste. We also tried their masala tea and it was yummy too. Highly recommended for vegan plus indian food lovers. The staff is really friendly too.

Nice and pleasant place to have your Indian meal. They have plenty of Indian food to match your mood. Staff is very friendly and supportive. Food also very delicious and clean. They serve it nicely.

A decent place to go with family. Fully air conditioned clean place. We managed to go there when it was less crowded. Could be crowded at times. Tried the aloo bonda which was not nice. Have tried better ones. The outer layer was very thin and not crispy at all. But their Ghee paper paneer was very crispy and delicious. Not forgetting the taste of the fried rice and deviled paneer . The one who served us recommended the deviled paneer which was not in the menu(invoiced as paneer Manchurian). Thanks to him got to taste a mouth watering dish. Should say not the traditional deviled taste but was a perfect combination with the rice. The service was good. Served with a smile. Satisfied with them. So would definitely go there again or would get the food delivered.

This was opened recently. One of the best Indian restaurants in Nugegoda. Food is delicious and prices are reasonable. Service is bit slow. Have an ample parking space.

This location is close to the Nugegoda Kandy. Parking is also available. The staff is very friendly and provides a pleasant service. It is strongly advised to go with family. It will be a wonderful experience with family. There are numerous vegetarian options available. You can also enjoy Indian cuisine here. We ordered Sri Vihar mixed fried rice, Mushroom fried rice, Chili Parata, Ghee Dosai, and Szechwan Fried Rice. All of them are very tasty. All of the foods listed above are highly recommended.

We tried the Thai rice and a type of dosa, which were both delicious. Overall, Sri Vihar is an excellent vegetarian restaurant that offers a fantastic dining experience with great food and service.

I wrote this around 3 years ago, ‘Their food in general is just superb, but highly recommend special mixed fried rice and and special biriyani.’ Since then their service and overall food quality has steadily deteriorated. Today we found a worm in our dinner. And I take all that back!

Food is really tasty. I'm really happy about their friendly customer service. The staff worked enthusiastically and they were really cooperative. Good place to dining with your family.

They have delicious and very reasonably priced Indian totally vegetarian cuisine. Very clean place tho ambience could be better. But be prepared to wait a while. Their South Indian thalli is worth the wait and is a complete meal which includes desert.

A best vegan restaurant with delicious food, sweets and drinks. Also has a friendly and courteous staff.

There's limited space at Nugegoda branch so have to wait for sometime during high times, so better to extend the space or the seating. Food quality and customer service is much better as this to be one of the favourite place to dine in. Atmosphere is also much better nothing wrong to be honest, only the seating and the limited space is the only issue that is recognized so far.

Nice dining environment, clean and as I experienced food is well prepared and hot when delivered to the table. Portions are considerably larger and the price are considerably less than competitors nearby. Many options also available including the beverages. Considering the table count in the restaurant we can observe that working staff is somewhat less but the available staff is very friendly careing and helpful. But because of number of staff that handling the restaurant is less, the waiting time also be depend on the same. But considering only two waiters on the job on the time I was on the restaurant they are pretty quick and did their best to provide the better customer service.

One of the better Indian veg restaurant in the locality. They serve awsom Indian cuisine with lightning fast service. Staff is attentive and know their menu like back of their hands and geared towards no frills attached service. During my visit I had a North Indian thali which came with a nan heaping portion of rice along with several curries and desert. Nothing much to rant about the food. However given the portion size the meal was an absolute steal. Car park is a quite tiny and you might run in to some space problem

Had ghee masala dosai and ulundu wade, wow that was so nice & crispy, it os more like sri lankan type dosai should have add more masala and real indian spices to make it authentic Uludu wada is not really bad it is soft and fresh. I really enjoyed 😉

Bad customer service, today me and my family visited the place and they are unable to provide us a dining table, says that we will arrange a table wait 1/2 hour but some of the customers who came after us they have provided them dining tables. No proper arrangements to handle customers.

Went with my wife around 1pm in a weekday and it was not that busy. We ordered naan, masala dosa, ulundu wade, paneer butter masala, mango lassi. Service was quick and the food was a excellent. The place is clean and well maintained. Only problem is the limited car parking spaces in the front. If you want to have a good value for the money south Indian meal this is the best place to visit.

Hopeless customer service. Ordered food through pickme and received less of an item ordered. Called to inform and they took my number to call back, but never called back to resolve it. In the context my bill the amount of the item not sent was small but the lack of interest to relove the matter really put me off. Never to order from this place again. Please be vary of items what you receive through delivery service, check and take.

The service was absolutely horrible as far as I was concerned. It was annoying to see people who came after us getting served before us and some who walked in after us even had their meals and left while we were still waiting... The quality of service has dropped in leaps and bounds. When I inquired I was told that they had to ensure quality and that was the reason for the delay... So others got service and not quality and I am supposed to have got quality... Big question mark ???? Quality ??? I ordered a Paper Garlic Masala Dosai and got a Plain Garlic Masala Dosai... It took around 40 minutes to get to the table didn't want them to get me what I really wanted at that point as I was not sure how long that would take... So much for quality... It took almost 50 minutes to get one set Poori... I doubt I will patronise this place again. Really sad as this used to be a restaurant that offered good food and good service.

Dine in experience is relatively good. Services at par or bit above. Quality of food and its taste is really better. Prices are moderate yet better than some other restaurants in city that offers sub par experience.

Great customer service! We went there by the time they were about to close the kitchen, but still they treated us with great hospitality. Food was appetising. Especially the dosa varieties were too good that I had to take some time to choose from the list. Highly recommended place for pure vegetarian food at a very affordable prices.

If you like Indian food, this a must visit place. Wide range of foods that's very tasty and worth the price! The Indian music playing gives a nice touch to the whole vibe. Very supportive and friendly staff. One of the most polite security officers I've come across.
