Be
careful
of
the
staff!
Food
items
are
generally
okay,
nothing
special
but
not
bad;
however
you
need
to
look
out
for
the
staff.
They
are
generally
rude,
impatient
and
untrained
with
little
to
no
regard
for
customers
(even
if
they
don't
understand
your
order;
they
jabber
sarcasically
with
each
other
in
Tamil
without
clarifying
or
raise
their
voice
at
you
without
asking
you
to
repeat)
but
since
recently;
you
need
to
keep
an
eye
on
the
cash
and
change
as
well;
also
always
insist
on
the
bill.
I
had
a
feeling
there
was
a
mismatch
during
my
last
visit
and
so
I
was
paying
attention
this
time.
I
went
there
less
than
an
hour
ago
today
(7.45
pm
on
the
14th
of
October
2023)
and
there
were
no
other
customers
just
the
two
female
staff
members.
I
was
on
the
way
to
something
so
I
orderded
to
items
for
takeaway
at
LKR120/-
and
LKR
160/-
each
and
gave
LKR
1000/-
cash
as
I
have
heard
they
charge
3%
for
card
sales.
The
staff
member
who
served
used
the
calculator
to
calculate
the
change,
and
handed
me
LKR
700/-
(as
I
was
suspicious
I
was
paying
attention).
I
continued
to
stare
and
she
stared
back;
then
I
asked
how
much
is
X
and
how
much
is
Y
and
she
said
the
correct
prices;
then
while
I
was
frowning,
she
was
watching.
Then
the
other
staff
member
said
something
in
Tamil
and
then
she
gave
me
the
remaining
balance.
I
am
not
worried
about
pocket
change
but
I
dislike
being
cheated
on
by
people;
I
am
sharing
this
review
because;
for
one;
the
owner
will
disregard
the
behaviour
of
his
untrained
and
now
dishonest
staff
unless
this
is
in
the
public
domain
and
for
another
reason;
I
do
not
like
other
people
also
to
be
cheated
this
way;
in
particular
during
rush
hours;
this
time
only
I
was
in
the
shop.
While
I
understand
good
staff
are
hard
to
find
with
the
ongoing
migrations;
I
hope
the
owner
takes
the
initiative
to
be
selective
on
his
recruiting
and
make
some
effort
to
train
his/her
staff
as
this
bakery;
given
the
reasonably
good
food
and
location
has
much
potential.
Customers:
please
pay
attention
and
always
request
the
bill.
