had a very bad experience with them. my family members went on a pilgrimage tour to velankanni with them. first of all they said they will be flying in SriLankan or indigo. end of the day they had to travel in spice jet for a low fare. tickets was booked just 1 week before. The guide arrived about 3 hours after they landed in Chennai. The bus took more than 10 hours to travel to velankanni normally it is 6 hours. And when it is returning it took 12 hours of journey never stopped for a break. they stopped a fuel station for them to go to washroom which is disaster. the 22 years of experience driver had 3 accidents on the journey. when came to the hotel there were no AC rooms as promised. only after complaining they gave the AC rooms. The contact party in Sri Lanka always starts with ''really i m very sorry i do not have any idea about it''. she even did not told the exact documents for visa purpose until the last minute. When at the visa center the agent came 1 hour late.do not know how people gave them 5 Stars. they are killing the name of the group

Horrible- I asked how much for the Peru tour they advertise on their website and the girl who called didn't know anything- didn't even know where Peru was and kept saying 'we don't do US visas' lol. Just total waste of time. Avoid.

This is the WORST travel agency in the world. DO NOT use this company or anyone affiliated with this company. This company will take your money and leve you behind or get you stranded in middle of nowhere. I am telling you Please DO NOT use this people.

BG is famouspname bb it's travel agency is not in the good standerd Comparing to other browns companies and other travel agencies. They should try to protect good name of browns group don't cheat your customers.increase your profit by gaining more customers instead of giving budget hotels / low quality hotels to your customers. I have visited to worst hotel in puket reserved by your company

Worked for getting around. Buses weren't always available so I went in a car hire with them. Their home office never responded to my phone calls and coordinating pickup at times was difficult. One time, after having already paid, the driver tried to charge me the fare.

Didn't have a good experience, tour was cancelled 2 days before the scheduled flying day. Won't be doing any business with them gain. It took a bit of extra convincing to get the full refund too. Staff are not that helpful in a crisis situation, where your tour gets cancelled 2 days before the departure date. In the event of a crisis go straight to the manager in charge and you will ahve a stress free resolution. Do your reasearch before booking any tours or flights with these guys, they are amertures. Caution is advised.

They are soo unprofessional and does not even care for their own mistakes. My tour got cancelled and all my schedules was messed up. I dont recommend plus i warn you be careful, don't waste your time with these careless & ignorant heads.

Very unprofessional tours company. Not good at all. Will not recommend to anybody. We asked kandy branch to provide 1 month visa for dubai visit. Went dubai on 22nd of december and the agent was countinuesly calling ,disturbing ,asking to come before january 3rd. It was so unprofessional and disrespectful. However I managed to stay more. And from dubai as an offer for 1 month visa holders I got 10 days more to stay. But because of browns tours i couldn’t use my extra 10 days had to return on 21st. They were not ready to inquire about 10 days promotion from dubai visa sponsor. They don’t provide a good service. I booked my tickets through classic travels for my last visit to bangkok they were very good at their service. Don’t ever use browns tours company for your bookings.

It was a great place when i was working, while working here me and my office mate Malcolm Mallawarachchi got resident visa so we migrated, we hope the management is good same way

Can't give even one star for the service. They never answered the phone, sales representatives never replied the mails, hard to get a quotation. How can we trust n book a tour with them?
