TL;DR : the service is great, hands down 5/5. Engaging, patient and really provided some good options. My girlfriend and me came across “My Tour” from one of the ads from Instagram. Uncanny we were also looking to really plan our vacation to Maldives. I mean we had options but among them this one really stood out. The service was really responsive, I mean literal minutes. The engagement was really patient with us and walked us through many many alternatives. It was really the service that sold us. Even after all the bookings and when we reached Maldives, we had some hiccups and those were quickly sorted out thanks to “My Tour”. We wouldn’t be able to explore most of the hotels if it wasn’t for the wide selection of hotels they have. Made our little dream came true and with ease. I’ve never considered booking through an agency through an Instagram advert.. but was definitely worth every penny. Priyashan was our agent and was super patient and friendly. He got a great deal for us at Holiday Inn Kandooma and informed us of all the details, arranged the transfers, literally everything to the smallest detail. I travel 6-8 times a year, always book myself, but on this occasion I have to say I would highly recommend MTD for Maldives trip as it is a hassle free booking experience and price wise was also a good deal. Reliable, quick reply and seamless service I was in contact with Mr Shafran throughout the planning of our trip and he made sure we were well taken care of throughout our 6 night stay in Maldives. Everything went by smoothly without any hiccups during transition. We were picked up from the airport and checked in immediately upon arrival and the transfers to the resort was seamless, there was no delay at all. The stay in the resort was great and unforgettable.

Came across MyTourDestinations from Instagram. Was skeptical about it as the tour agency is based in Sri Lanka and I was planning for our honeymoon. Conversation with Athik was smooth. He's not pushy to get us sign the package with him. We chose Adaaran Prestige Vadoo. Something within our budget. He even prepared the resort voucher and asked us to confirm with them on our stay before any payment. He also arranged the resort to provide a small honeymoon gift for us. A bottle of red win and a simple deco. Hope to use their service when we are back to Maldives.

What an experience! At first, I was a bit hesitant to book my travel to Maldives with an agency that is based out of where I live, but Sahla assured me that everything is 100% legit and I shouldn't worry about anything! I couldn't find a good package myself after a couple of weeks searching for a place that has a lot to offer in terms of activities. Sahla sent me a few amazing options, and I had a hard time to decide, however, offer with Siyam World was the best I could get, so we decided to book it. Island is paradise on Earth and I'm going back for for sure, but what made the experience even better were Sahla's regular check-ups on me; if everything is ok, if I need anything, if there is anything else she can do for me, etc., immediate replies, immediate assistance, always offering many options for every inquiry I had.. This is our second time using My Tour Destination & their services only gets better. Definitely engaging them for the 3rd time when we go Maldives again !!! Shamima was our appointed agent and she had been with us from start to finish, and even after we are back in our home country. Upon enquiry, it took her less than a hour to come back with multiple proposals for our choosing. Patient and listening to our requirements, came back with proper recommendation to suit our needs in all aspects. From our past 2 experiences with them, their rates had been better than other avenues (direct or thru Agoda/Booking etc). If you are worried about wiring huge amount of $$$ to a Sri Lanka based company, they are very transparent with their company profile and registration cert. What's more comforting is that, they will make a reservation on your behalf and you can confirm with the resort prior to making the full payment. This helped ease our worries by a lot. Overall, 5 stars service from start to end and beyond. FYI. We stayed Amari Havodda Maldives which is also another first class 5 stars resort. Loved it.

I had a small hiccup during my planning but Shamima was very fast to offer solutions for me. They also constantly gave updates Eg.reminder to fill up arrival card before the trip. Even during the trip, they texted me to check on our well-being, amazing! The price they secured for us was very good compared to other sites that I tried. And his top notch services as always.. And we were amazed by the Seaside Finolhu @finolhu_maldives recommended by Shafran. The services given was double thumbs up. With the friendly staffs who made us feel welcome at home and left with all those wonderful memories.. and there is 1 incident, we had a dinner reservation at 9.30pm, Kanusan Restaurant and didn’t really take note of the time difference from the city, Male and actually we came 1hr later and the kitchen was closed for the day! Kay, Faudy and their team opened back the kitchen without any hesitation and served us the dinner and made us feel more welcome and told us not to rush while eating and enjoying the sounds of the wave.. We were really amazed and highly recommended @mytourdestinations Shafran and Seaside Finolhu @finolhu_maldives to everyone!
