Visited this place for brunch on Christmas Day. It’s a cozy little place and it wasn’t too busy. We were served by the owners and they are naturally well versed on the menu. The food was very good. And the attention to detail is spot on. We would definitely recommend this and would be coming back.

To me Life's Good Kitchen adds the Love into Lovely. Lovely Food. Lovely People. These are the words that would best describe my experience. They give you star class food at cafe prices in the most quaint and comfy atmosphere. Life's Good kitchen is my default destination be it for a cup of coffee, for a snack or a full mean or even for something sweet. It is run by this lovely couple. Who love what they do. You can feel the passion and dedication they put into their work by the quality of the food. Be warned though once you experience the quality of Life's Good Kitchen some other cafe experiences would feel absolutely dull and mundane. The best thing is they are always willing to do something out of the menu to suit your dietary requirements. Be it gluten Free, low carb or vegan. I love the place, love the food and love the people who manage this place. As you can see I cannot stop gushing about them.

The food was absolutely delicious - the burger and pizza was so fresh and the spaghetti really yummy. The passion juice was so good that my friend drank two of them! Last but not least, the staff were so friendly and went out of their way to accommodate our requests and make us comfortable, that we left the place with a smile and full of appreciation for their exceptional service.wash room is very clean. Quality food. Awesome place but little bit to hot this place because with out air conditioning. We are really enjoyed.👍🏻

3.5⭐️ This would be 4 stars if we ate there (we got delivery). We ordered the Honey Mustard Sausage Pizza (Rs 3700) and the surf and turf wrap (Rs 2490). They were both pretty good! Nice flavors and leaves you feeling full in a good way. The wrap was a little expensive but the pizza was super worth it.

It is a restaurant that I got to know while searching for good restaurants in Colombo. Really amazing. Kind owner and staffs clean and fresh environment, nice decoration, delicious and sincere food... Touching customers with the feeling of being treated. Even though it is my second visit, it is more impressive than the first. My friend said that he regretted not knowing this house after living in Colombo for four years. More than anything, come and see. You'll see why it's the best restaurant. If I come to Colombo next time, I will definitely visit. Sorry, I'm not a photographer.

One of THE best restaurant experiences I’ve had. The staff was extra friendly, patient and supportive from the moment we entered. The menu wasn’t that big, but many of the food items were quite unique and appealing. Beverages were the highlight of the day. All the beverages (hot and cold both) we ordered were just spectacular. The best hot chocolate ever! The food were very delicious and were presented well as well! A variety of seating was available bob inside and outside. Ambiance wad really nice! One of the best recommendations I will ever give!

Went for breakfast and it was one of the best. Ordered veggie omelette with toasted bagel. The homemade bagel and garlic butter is everything. All beautifully served, didn't have to wait long too. On top of that really good cappuccino. The owner of a place is really nice and kind. I wish i was staying longer in Colombo to taste their other dishes.

Life’s Good Kitchen is tops on my list of cafes in Colombo. The food is exquisitely crafted with care and passion, as is the beautiful space full of luscious greens. Take a moment to say hi to the owners/chef and you’ll get a sense of their kindness. They have extensive experience in food service and it shows in everything they have created. Can’t say enough about the immaculate vibes at Life’s Good.

Best prawn burger 🍔 in town (maybe all of country)? The butter chicken wrap was also very excellent. And the oatmeal chocolate brownie is a must have! Highly recommend this place for a juice/coffee and nice meal.

Went there last weekend because Google "thought" it would be a good match for me, and it indeed was ❤️ It's an old house converted into a very cozy cafe with a lot of indoor plants. I loved how green it was. And the food was super delicious, perfectly proportioned and fresh. Their hot chocolate was top-notch. First off, the staff there were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to accommodate our picky seating preferences. It's always nice when you feel welcome right from the start. Now, onto the food. It took about 20 minutes for our dishes to be prepared, which wasn't too long of a wait. And let me just say, the food was absolutely amazing! We decided to try out four different dishes, and each one was top quality. The flavors were on point, and the presentation was impressive. The ambiance of the place was really cool and rustic, which added to the whole brunch vibe. It felt like the perfect spot to chill and enjoy a lazy weekend morning. I do have to mention that the prices were a bit higher than your average eatery, but honestly, it was totally worth it. The quality of the food and the service we received more than made up for the prices. I was recommended this place by a friend, and I have to say, I wasn't disappointed at all. Overall, I highly recommend this spot for brunch. The friendly staff, amazing food, and cool ambiance make it a standout choice. I really like the new spot where "Life's Good Kitchen" is now. It's full of plants, which makes me feel calm and happy. I remember the old place, and I liked it a lot too. The people who work there are really nice and helpful, just like before. The food is still really, really good. Every time I go there, I leave with a full tummy and a smile. The waiters and waitresses are always paying attention and making sure I'm having a good time. The dishes they bring out are so yummy that I want to eat them all the time. I'm happy that even though they moved, everything I like about "Life's Good Kitchen" is still the same. I want to keep going there because it's a really good place to eat and have fun.

A must visit while in Colombo! The restaurant has both outdoor and indoor seating in a very unique setting surrounded by trees and plants. A very welcoming ambience combined with friendly staff, delicious food and a caring owner. With that combination, you can't go wrong. They had weekend specials along with the regular menu. We were extremely happy with the taste of the food and the portion size. The service was good and the owners also came around to check how the customers were doing. They informed us that they will be serving pizza soon. We can't wait to try it out! Their own version of the tiramisu was amazing! We highly recommend this establishment for a unique experience along with both vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes to choose from.

I'll tell you a secret, There is a place to hide. A place to calm the mind, A spot to escape and hide. Where you can pick a taste, But save the time, do not haste. They have a selection Made for perfection. Is it avocado toast Or a little jackfruit roast. It's all here for your mood. Oh, life's good... I'd say this spot is great. It has a lovely selection of different dishes, and they dare to try new tastes. I got the weekend special and it was very tasty. It gave me inspiration as a fellow cooking enthusiast. The staff is so friendly and helpful.

I enjoyed the ambiente, the food and the service. It is so calming to sit surrounded by all these plants and with that lights, when it gets dark. My sandwich was also very delicious and it is always a good sign, when you don't feel weird as a single person eating in a restaurant. Full recommendation!

Great cafe with delicious food and wonderful atmosphere. Loved the vibe and the entire cafe is decorated with plants and natural flowers. Loved the seating areas in outdoor. Food is delicious, I tried the roasted pumpkin and brinjal with spaghetti. Potion is very filling and great presentation. I didn’t like the banana and chocolate smoothie at all. I think it could be much better. The service is good but they don’t encourage hanging out much there. Better if I could stay and draw etc. Overall it’s a beautiful place with good food. Nice to have brunch and lunch with friends and family.

The first time went here after a good friend’s recommendation. The place is a cozy place run by a husband and wife duo. Very friendly and knows by heart what my friend ordered the last time he came which I felt was something very unique and their hospitality was awesome. A definite recommendation from me and I look forward to go there again.

This is a great choice for a healthy meal. They have created nice indoor garden environments in the restaurant. Can enjoy tasty food with a friendly service. Safe to make a reservation as it usually get busy.

Thoughtful, perfect food, served quickly, very friendly service. The mezze was extremely tasty, the rice from the lunch menu was incredibly good. I recommend peach tea. It is possible to sit both inside, where it is cozy, and outside, where it is just like in an idyllic secret garden.

This place is amazing. It has really nice vibe, it’s beautifully made and has a terrific food. Also, the service is really kind and nice. I had surf and turf wrap that was delicious. The cassava fries were fantastic! My partner drank homemade ginger beer that was delightful! A bit on a sweeter note but still delicious. I want to appreciate the service. We were welcomed all the time and even though we left and we were waiting for tuktuk longer than usual, we got offered to sit inside and wait there. I can highly recommend this place for a wrap or a sandwich in Colombo!

Checked out Life’s Good Kitchen yesterday. I feel that this would be ideal as a brunch place but we happened to drop in for an early dinner. We asked for the weekend special brunch which was unfortunately not available. Sure sounded good though! I ordered the mezze platter with the prawns option which had hummus, labbaneh and guacamole as well as 4 large crumb fried prawns. Everything was fresh. Portion size was generous. My partner had the chicken tikka wrap and he enjoyed this as well. The mango colada was thick and satisfying. Price wise I feel that this is more on the high end. Comparatively there are more reasonable places out there with similar options. The ambiance was cozy and quirky and had a real boho feel to it.

We loved the green cool atmosphere and the warm staff. The food was a limited choice but well prepared and came on time. The kids enjoyed it as well and we found it to be very cool on a rather humid day. They adjusted some dishes for my little one which I appreciated. Thank you so much

This place is a great find! Fantastic atmosphere, you can dine outside among hundreds of plants, with colorful parrots chirping in the background. The presentation of the food is at the highest level, the service is like in a five-star restaurant, and the food itself is heavenly tasty. The hostess is the embodiment of kindness and the menu is wide enough for everyone to find something delicious. I recommend having "meze" with chicken and narang juice with soda - a great change of taste palette after the spicy dishes of Sri Lanka. Come and experience an oasis of calm in the crazy city of Colombo!

Every time my husband and I visit Colombo this is one of our top must-visit places. We love the relaxing atmosphere, delicious food, and excellent service. They also have great homemade bagels (which are surprisingly difficult to find in Sri Lanka) and a lot of fresh and healthy items on the menu. We hope to be back again soon!
