One of the major buildings in the Borella area. Having so many shops and 2 entrances to the building. The bus stop is in front of the building. Have several floors sometimes the elevator is not working. As cleaning does not happen well so much dirt on the floor.

Haven't done any renovation for the last few years, still the old narrow, mostly empty mall. I won't be surprised if I bump into a ghost here. They have almost no covid precotions or regulations other than the security guard at the door.

Adequate parking space for vehicles and safw parking available all type of vehicles.

Not a clean and naintained place. Government should convert this place to PPP high rise

Out of all other shops a couple of photocopy, printout,type setting places(communications) are available. Very useful if anyone looking for a place to get printouts n other related stuff. Parking available.

Better than similar facilities( owned by socities, local government authorities).not aware of Parking facilities. Advised to use public transport or taxi so it is easy.

You find a few useful stores here like the chance sports,phone shops and jewellery shops.Even the electricity board is situated in the second floor. You get limited products and services here.

Superb place and most of all its clean, not much of shop locations , earlier there was a cafe at the basement, but all in all this is a superb place..

Earlier this was a superb place to get many things done. But it no longer possible... most of the shops are closed now... parking service is good at a reasonable price ...

Parking can be hassle but some shops to visit like Electronics hobby shops.

A multi shopping and service building located at borella junction

Major size big building with many shops many people work there only negative thing is the toilet is srilankans old school classic if you are fat or you having issues with your leg or knee you will not gonna enjoy it

Pretty Old Bulding. People's Bank ATM is available. I went to buy an UPS.

Old building but very clean and arranged.Verity of shops and services in the shopping mall.

Nice place.. too many shops available here.. Borella Peoples bank also located here.. Public library, Ceylon electricity board area office also there n upper floors.. good security with cctv cameras al over the buildng.. Sarasavi book shop, Sadeepa book shop, Sport item shops also there. Recommended place.

I went for senith elecrical shop, a good shop for your electronic circuit needs.

The largest Buddhist association of Sri Lanka. Does many charity events to many. The premises itself have multiple businesses.

Best place to buy sports equipments and banking needs

This building complex equipped with number stores and class rooms along with a spacious car park. As this place is situated near to the Borella junction, you can have easy access to the public transportation. To use the car park you have to pay an hourly charge. It would be great if the management take some interest to renovate the buildings as they are sort of outdated in condition. Washrooms are somewhat good and you can have access to both free and chargeble upon your wish.

Good place to park your vehicle, if u need to go around borella. Parking fee is reasonable, specially you need to park for few hours

Bit confusing when navigating in the building. It will be helpful if some signs are posted to give directions.

There are multiple business in this building and located in front of the bus stand. Parking is avaialble at the back of the building

Big building and you can find various types of shops inside. Electronic Items, Photo studio, Sports items, Book stores, Banks etc... I didn't saw any washroom facilities inside. Parking is available but limited. Because the building is located near the bus stop the entrance area is always crowded but inside not so crowded.
