A well maintained 21 floors building qith a lot of companies situated in it. The restrooms are well maintained and good. There are ample amount of lifts that service to the floors. Clean and sophisticated. There's Breadtalk, SPA Ceylon and others located in the building. Quick and easy access to restaurants and supermarkets. Colombo city center is just walking distance away.

A well maintained, clean building primarily used as offices for various business organizations. There is parking, if course for a price and this location is very accessible as it is in the heart of the city. Plenty of restaurants and other eateries all around so finding a meal to fit your need is not a problem.

Very well maintained. The building has their own staffs to do the cleaning and maintenance process. All process are well organized. There is an issue about the closing time during breakfast and lunch time. They normally close the dining area after 10am and reopened after 11 am. Same as lunch time also closed after 3pm. After the closing time no access to the dining area. This is something the employees facing everyday. They should arrange some alternative way to sort this dining area issue. Washrooms and health and safety measures well maintained. All water taps and washrooms are completely sensor detection. It is really great place to have a company with luxury features. Recommend to anyone who likes to look out for company building space.

Loved how the entrance security treated us. Very kindly and very helpful. Ample parking space available as well. The street itself is clean and quite. The building consists of 5 elevators which are fully modernized. Had a meeting on the 12th floor and each floor is clean and has a huge washroom on its own. Centralized air conditioning is icing on the cake.

Visited Facegym Salon on level10. Excellent service clean efficient very professional therapists. The best in Colombo. Highly reccomend for beauty and therapeutic needs.

Very nice place with some leading businesses office already running in here, you can find brad-talk branch and CeylonSpa in ground level, they got a nice parking inside and also outside, 20th floor can use as a lunch room if you can bring your own food, but it only open for lunch 12:00 PM to 03:00 PM

PARKLAND is the best office spaces we've ever seen. It's located in the central of Colombo than can easily reached from everywhere. But this space is very calm that cannot be expect in the Colombo city. There are enough car parking spaces for tenants. The staff maintaining spaces in very clean condition. It is a very awesome 20th rooftop area that having common lunch area.

Good : - Nice & modern building - Clean washrooms Bad : - Parking is super expensive there.. Rs 800 for 4.5 hours.. (Aug 2020) - Elevators are badly synced. On rush times one elevator has to go off before pressing up/down button again.

Parking not allowed to visiting business clients to the offices in the building by. This extreme strictness ain't good for businessmen who have office of business. I witnessed a lady come in a scooter with around 50 lunchpacks in 3 bags and in spite of her mentioning that the food was very well known name of the establishment the security refused. I visit PB Marketing the very famed international brand perfumes people to the 60% off lobby sale at Breadtalk lobby a rare opportunity but was refused to park my vehicle. The security also lack PR as the way of refusal is highly annoying., although they are provided with facility of chairs and overhead canopy to be happy about.

Adl is located, is a place for it companies. Bread talk and some other best quality restaurents are located
