I purchased GARDENA ELECTRIC TURBOTRIMMER - EASY CUT 450/25 - 9870-20, exactly a year ago and was looking for the spool cover, and this is the experience I had. In case you need to get in touch with Hunters, try all things other than calling them. The service line on their site does not work and the service line given with their products rarely connects and if you get through another number you'll be routed all over other than to the actual department. when actually visit expect the service center to keep you standing for about an hour and then tell you to visit their show room which is in front to buy the replacement unit, the staff at the show room were very helpful and knew what needed to be done. Overall customer experience is very poor. If your going to be a reseller for brands like Gardena, better get some sense of what service is and how to deliver acceptable service.

Excellent after sales service for a hot water heater brought from them more than 10 years ago. Very courteous, organised, methodical and good quality repair. Even the old items were in a bag and returned with the repaired heater.

This place has nice collection of items. But always be careful most of their items has damages. I had very bad experiences here. once with a "Indesit" Gas cooker and secondly with a "Atlanta" water geyser. Even though their staff is helpful Hunters returns policies are very poor and outdated. They took nearly two months to refund my money after showing the damages of the hot water geyser. This is right after the payment. Im highlighting again, be careful Hunetrs products are with defects. Therefore please closely inspect the product before making the payments. Type Of Damages. 1. Damage of paint or Enamel quoting. 2. Damages to rubber and plastic parts by insects such as ants, cockroachs

One of the most quiet sales shop in Colombo. It has all the physical arrangements for a large scale department store. Security, large parking space, buildings, computer systems and tightly arranged chain of duties of HR. VISIBLY all staff are in leisure. The probability may be it's only the tip of the ice burg of large scale business chain. But the staff is friendly but slow to respond. Security guards were instructing even those who handle computers. Regular computer operators pass word was known to the security guards. Its absurd in relation to any business when high tech hackers are plentiful. Any way the day workers were eager to get a tip from customers when they do a minute work like loading a small scale lawn mover.

This place is good place to pick up power tools or gardening tools or similar products. And has excellent customer service. Also their products are good. There are good brands as well as Chinese brands which I never even heard of. But if I do decide to go with a Chinese brand from Hunter's, it's still safe to say it'll last for a very long time because all the Chinese branded stuff I got from here works pretty well. Only reason why I gave 4 stars is because the place looks so much outdated and I'm one of those guys who are effected by stuff like this. I like for a place to be visually pleasing.

One of the companies started in British Colonial times and still on the go. They introduced the Raleigh Bicycle to Sri Lanka (Ceylon) and was the top brand for long years. Hunters keep spare parts for almost all of their products. There is ample parking and attentive staff.
