When comparing to the service i recieved from Sterling japan and Stafford Motors this place sucks.They don't have a proper waiting area.There people don't know to address a client . I wont go there unless my car warranty is from them.Place is small and when you call their land no the girl at the phone ask to call the mobile no.

I came to the first service of my car which is a free service. I payed 7740 for the replaced oil, filter, and other chemicals. They have done a good job except they don't know how to close doors of the car they are slamming doors like "Baang" 🙁. There is a customer waiting area in the ground floor which has only 1 Three seater waiting chair, but in the upper floor, has a sofa with a TV. 1 toilet is available in the ground floor. I payed, Toyota genuine engine oil 4L - 5290 Oil filter - 1500 Windscreen cleaner - 300 Engine degreaser - 150 Chemicals - 500 Labour coat - 7500 (free for the first 3 services if you have max warranty)

I am owning a Alto Turbo RS, I have visited the place as per the warranty instruction on my car's warranty book. Based on the experience I wish to make my own suggestions of rating. Environment: 4* (Well established as per the space) Staff: 2* (The depth of knowledge in automobile is insufficient) Customer Service: 3* (Still needs to be improve on speaking and handling customer, especially they need to listen to the customer/s) Detail in job: 3* (As per the professional service station, this place needs to improve a lot, especially keen in details of work) CEO or Boss: 100+*... (Awesome man, who is really a great person too. He is the only one ready to care the customer as well as business) My car's recommended (OEM) oil grade is 5W30, but the staffs have put a 0W20. Due to the good boss Mr. Rizwan I was able to change the oil immediately. He is really a general man. (Any issues, please contact Rizwan)

I own a Suzuki Stingray Turbo 2017, I visited for the first free service of my car, I explained all my issues such as 'A off' was blinking in orange, A small water leakage from my hood etc.. to the agent who was handling my car. He suggested me to do the scan and the diagnose the issues. Service was done very well, satisfied with the agents service. Diagnostic scan was done, the relay was a little bit loose, and it was fixed. Spent 8,050/- for the service using Mobil 5W30 full synthetic oil, without changing air and cabin filter. Really happy with the job done. Reliable and friendly service for the agent Safran. Highly Recommended! :)

Bast Place to Clean and Service your car. But when comes to wash and vacuum they don't clean up the interior parts when compare to other car wash they do all but here they won't take a part to clean interior Better if you have clean interior as well since that's won't a big deal to clean the interior parts with wet cloth

I were doing my service there coz of my MAX warranty. But there are not using the original product. I have changed my car break pads but they have used a wrong pad or either low quality one. Due to that reason when I'm riding from congrite road some sound are coming from the pads . Very bad service.

Had to go there for first three free services. Don't go there. Used wrong chemicals in the first time. Damaged the door by hitting the column of the jack. Broke the thermostat valve and damaged the tapping of the engine oil. (Used thread shield and I found it in somewhere else) They did not even have a scanner. I wonder whether they know how to use a one. Not recommended.

Worse service station ever I had gone though, They don’t care about the customers as well as even a vehicle , it’s better to change the name as Maxx Park Auto Don’t Care. They charged me 14,500/- to wash the under carpet & interior, took 10days to hand over the vehicle but Worse case is some of my vehicle functions are not working…. Have to go to another auto care to rectify that issue.
