Best place for Original Bombay Sweets.

Last visit Jun 2023. Laurie's road close to the Galle road edge. Parking is little difficult but if you are lucky you can park on the opposite side of the road. The food is an absolute delight. It deserve the name Bombay Sweets. Seating available for like 6 to 8 people. Super clean and Air Con. Sadly CASH ONLY. Price mid-range, worth the money. Quick and friendly service.

Tried the Cardammom tea with a mini saffron cake type snack. The tea was great 👍😍 Small cafe who seem to focus on quality over quantity.

Nice place for your general North Indian sweets. Also the faloodas. We had a few faloodas, but there wasn't any nuts available, which is what we're used to when it comes to North Indian speciality. Kaju kathri was really nice. Generations based recipes according to the owner. Plus they also take special orders for sweets. Definitely worth the check. Didn't have rasmallai. They make it only on order and that has ti be a decent big order. So don't expect everything to be available passing through. But the owner is a very friendly guy. Good conversation. Really enjoyed the few good minutes there. One star down as I'm hoping he makes an exception to keep some rascals ready anytime for me and my likeminds😜

Offering a premium feel to the classic Bombay sweet mithai for a very reasonable price. The owners of the cafe are always there and they will offer a very friendly service with fresh/hot delicacies.

Not accepted the way they handle customers. “I have given a preorder on yesterday and when i call them today evening to collect it they said Oder is out of stock. Understood the situation and they should not wait until the last moment till I call them. Please correct your self and take this as a learning experience rather than arguing with the customer.”

Worst Bombay sweet shop, kaju katli was just sugar and condensed milk taste and laddu is burnt, oily and tasteless Even street food places have better sweets than this . Hated it , please improve your taste than Instagram pictures

A friend introduced me to this cafe . They have affordable smoothies and sweets . Also cafe is nice and very sanitary.

Authentic bombay sweets.... melts in your mouth...best to be tried with the cardamom chai. Everything here is made freshly.... super tasty.

Service = 100% satisfactory Taste = Epic The shopkeepers are so friendly and take their time to explain the sweets and their texture so we know what we’re buying. Very much recommend the place to shop for authentic and tasty indian sweets.
