We have recently spent 10 days in Sri Lanka on our honeymoon organised by Ranfer Travels. Chandana at Ranfer worked so hard to ensure the trip included everything we asked for and more - often providing great recommendations and going above and beyond with correspondence before the trip making any amends we asked for and during the trip to make sure everything was going well. We were also given an exceptional driver - Udesh who looked after us so well and was so kind throughout the trip. We will return to Sri Lanka and will definitely book with Ranfer. Let me first say, I don't normally give reviews unless they are totally deserved. We recently went on the Ramayana tour Feb 2018, from start to finish, the whole experience was seemless not a single problem, bear in mind I was traveling with three other people where one is in her mid 80, the other two in their 60's. The guide Dushan and the driver Samith need special mention, both were polite, thoughtful, professional and above all very happy and graciously helped her with the hotels and driving. The transport was clean, comfortable and quiet, the driving safe and calm. The hotels were very good, one exception which we have spoken to them about and they are likely to remove them. And one that was excellent, totally excellent. The greeting with a garland was a nice touch and surprised us all. Their manager was also very contactable and helpful. Seriously when someone gives a review they need explain why they give the number of stars they do. I really hope you read this and go with these guys because we were truly happy with the experience and it's not often you have a holiday where it just works. If you want to go just contact them. We will do so again as we are from the UK and see the rest of Sri Lanka. Well done. Thanks

We had an amazing vacation in Sri Lanka, with Chandi as our personal guide throughout. Chandi was very courteous and well informed on not just the history of the island, but also really interesting facts, which he shared with us. He even joined our crew on the white water rafting! Great fun and lots of laughter.... we'd love to visit again.

Earlier this month we spent 11 days in Sri Lanka on our own private tour arranged through Ranfer Travels. It was definitely the easiest way to do things, as Mr Chandana arranged everything for us before the trip, from itinerary to accommodation and transport. Our guide for the whole trip was Mr Udesh, who was so knowledgeable about everything in Sri Lanka. This includes the ancient history, the culture, the religion, agriculture, foods, sports - everything! He was more than happy to share his knowledge with us, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the trip. We crammed a lot into our trip, and it simply wouldn't have been possible to do or see as much, if it wasn't for the help of Ranfer travels.
