I booked this place on my first day in Sri Lanka and selected this after reading good reviews on the booking website. The room and facilities were ok but the only problem I found was the location. Maybe as a new comer I was expecting this hotel on a wide road with all stores around but it was inside the local streets and only one local restaurant and 2 small general stores were on walking distance. Breakfast was good and the staff as well.

A quiet respite in the city. Enjoyed a 2 night stay at this small hotel. Very accommodating to our group of 4, added a second night at the last minute. Lovely breakfast with omelets, breads, fruits, dahl curry, tea, coffee. Rooms are tidy. Some ants, typical of this part of the world. Good wifi. A few tv channels. Difficult to find for our driver from the airport--phone number listed on the website is incorrect

Clean, nice and quiet... the managers are polite and ready to help... informative but not pushy...helpful as needed...the breakfast was delicious... location is pretty good... close to some landmarks so I walked to a few places... generally, i enjoyed my stay here and would reccoment it to you...

This was the most pathetic service I ever experienced in my life. So I reached this hotel at 9pm with my mum, after filling up all the formalities and giving him my passport copy as a proof, this "hotel staff" asked me to pay immediately on front desk even before I entered my room, just coz my card didn't work. He kept insisting to pay the money money, while I was telling him, I would pay while checking out which was two days later. I was explaining him how unprofessional behavior this is & I would like to talk to senior manager or his boss for which he refused, I kept telling him that I am not running away without paying, I even told them what if I want to have breakfast and all, so I will pay during checkout. I just couldn't understand why he kept insisting. Anyway Finally the bell boy kept our luggage in the room, and told me to pay whenever I want and said sorry on his other staff member's behalf. And very next day when I gave this complaint to the senior hotel staff, well they didn't apologized neither they acknowledged, I was shocked. The whole situation was so uncomfortable and the staff was so rude, and they humiliated me for no valid reason. Although next morning before checking out I paid the whole damn money in cash. the last day of my trip in Sri Lanka and I would highly recommend not to visit this hotel. It was traumatizing and very very humiliating, helpless situation.

Good decent place to stay at great location at affordable budget The hotel is walking distance to gangaramaya park and temple and colombo city center. Also near galle face beach and ministry of cab if you take uber or tuktuk

Really nice rooms and super friendly staff who were very accommodating. Biggest bathroom I've ever seen, and very comfortable and private room. Way too much yummy food for breakfast. Our host Thushari was extremely helpful, patient and insightful.

Nice guest house accommodation for a stay in the city close to many attractions. Finding the accommodation is difficult. Its down an alley and taxi drivers wont find it. They could use a decent sign. Rooms are good by local standards and staff friendly and helpful. Booking airport transfers are expensive starting at $25 US.

1. Make sure you google map the place as you might overpass the signage of the residence. 2. Strategic place to stay in Colombo city (You can download Pick me app and uber to go around the city but beware of some dishonest tuk tuk) Walking distance to Gangaramaya Temple, Floating Temple and City Centre Mall and a few other tourist attractions. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3. The room is spacious but beware of mosquito. They do put a mosquito repellant in the room though but we bought additional repellant. Anyway, we had to change our room as it was a little under maintenance on our first night. The showerhead came off when the water is out. Trying to put it back in but it keeps falling off when it’s on. Thank God it didn’t fall on my head 😂. Tv doesn’t work and the wall hanger falls off as I hang my towel and again I try to fix it back in but wasn’t able to. The bathroom light on the mirror was flickering, get your dizzy after a while. It was a little chaos on our first night but the staff gave us to choose another room and it was PERFECT! I think they are doing some reconstruction. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4. Breakfast is made with love! Lovely Sri Lanka breakfast with their local Tea is just perfect! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5. The manager and staff are very helpful. They even give us a place to put our luggage after we check out and let us shower after we came back from our last-minute city tour before we off to the airport. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 6. Price-wise I would say it's a bit pricey. ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Bedroom needs to be fully equipped. Bathroom needs fittings to hold own toiletries. Floor mats needs to be cleaned. Dead insect found in the dressing room.. Staff very helpful & friendly & nice. Food is good. Price on the high side for this accommodation. That’s all

Very nice, calm and affordable hotel in middle of city. Staff is very helpful. Enjoy stay here with family.
