Monarch is a Very Elegant and Lovely Apartment Located in the most Sophisticated Area of Colombo with best View of Galle Face Beach and the upcoming Artificial Island Project of Port City Colombo. It is Located above the Lovely Mall Crescat Boulevard , which Looks Heavenly During The Christmas and New years Eve .

It's one of expensive apartment complex but when stay we can realized that it's also had poor maintenance work. But nice view from sea side and Colombo skyline. Anybody who like to do self cooking and other house hold work you can take rent apartments like that's too. Also every basic need can complying with commercial area. Like food court's,super k, banks,fashion wears (foot wears, garments, etc..), atm, money Exchange, gym, pools, restaurants,etc Also 24h cab services and restaurants also can found in the nearby. Also casino and night club is in close proximity. Main bus stand and railwaystation in few miles away.

It's located in the heart of Colombo. It's right next to Cinnamon Grand which can be accessed by the life. There's 24hrs security. Dedicated parking spaces for each apartment. Pool area with sea view is my favorite chilling place in the evening. You can book this area and the hall nearby to have a party. Everyday you can witness an amazing sunset if you live here. All the floors are equipped with CCTV cameras, fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, fire hose, emergency lights, emergency use staircase, etc. There's a reception and small waiting area for guests. There's a penthouse at the top. Some apartments have sea view or partial sea views and some have River view. Lot of star class hotels are walking distance from Monarch. Therefore you can explore all the best dining options at nearby hotels like Cinnamon Grand, Galle Face Hotel, Taj hotel, etc. For a quick bite you can try the food court at Crescat Boulevard which is literally below Monarch. One Galle Face Mall, Liberty Plaza mall and Colombo city center mall all have good fast food shops. Due to close proximity to all these malls this is considered the most central location for shoppers. Dutch hospital is also 5mins drive by Tuk Tuk. They got one sea food restaurant which is one of the top 15 restaurants in Asia. Monarch Residencies is in the Centre of Liberty Cinema by Scope, Colombo City Centre Cinema and One Galle Face cinema. The New Port city coming up in Colombo is also about 5mins Tuk Tuk drive. This is located in a high security zone as it almost next to Temple Trees, aka Prime Ministers Office and Residence.

Excellent place to be at. Central place , supermarket at the basement always fully stocked with all you may need. Management is maintaining the premises superbly.

Great location, decent pool. Shopping centre with a good food court downstairs. Building is a little old, but overall good and very convenient. 🧊

Residential property with nice view of the city

Great apartment complex! Love how easy it is to access the Crescat Mall.

Last visit Nov 2021. Review as a Guest. Luxury residential apartments ideal for foreigners. Excellent location considering the close proximity to everything you need. PS suites are super luxury with awesome view overlooking the Colombo harbor and port city. 24/7 Security with CCTV monitoring. Dedicated Parking available for residence and few common guest parking as well.

I am really disappointed about the lift use by workers & the cleaning lady's it's better for u to get a nother lift for housemates as they have to stay there a long time till the lift comes down why is this?so plz take care of this situation.Thank u

Good place to live

Very convenient location and stunning views of Beira lake on higher floors. Common spaces well maintained. Shopping malls, super market and restaurants above parking levels. Proper surveillance parameters.

Calm and cool place to live. Surrounded by the colombo city and has an awesome view. At the evening it's so beautiful to see the sunset. Very cool and calm apartments. Friendly service and maintenance. Good people good place.
