Tried once. Staffs are arrogant, there's no incharge to be seen. They do whatever they want, talk however they want to the customer. Lady Cashier is the only person with a proper etiquette. But the orange juice was fresh and good.

The short eats are usually fresh and is good. The sandiwches, submarines and soups are not worth the price and take too long to prepare. During lunch many varieties of meals available. Usually crowded in weekdays. staff try to be helpful but are not organized and are very slow in taking orders.

Ambience and seevice was better than previous occasions. Food was quality and tasty. Recommend the place if you are into quality over price.

I used to go here and have some evening tiffin. Very spacious, friendly staffs. They maintained quality as well. Can have chit chat with colleagues. Prices are cheap.

Other than snacks you can find lunch here. Lump rice, Nasigoorang and Fried rice available. I love the cakes here specially the butter cake.

Worst customer service ever! Some service staff are extremely arrogant and judgmental. One female staff member at the cashier served two people came after me and totally ignored me. Although I mentioned my order, she pretended like she didn't hear. She looked at other customers' faces and took their order. Since, this is a reputable food chain, please teach your staff proper service ethics or replace such arrogant employees.

We enjoyed morning tea ☕️ today in a pleasant atmosphere 👍. The place is spacious and clean. However, finding parking 🅿️ was quite challenging. Most of the cake 🍰 options were delicious, like the chocolate and coffee cakes, but the strawberry 🍓 layer cake seemed a bit outdated.

Bought 4 godamba rotis and 20 string hoppers amongst other things. When I came home found that there is only 1 godamba roti. Had to go back and demand the rest. Later, when we had the string hoppers realized that they have only packed 15. Similar thing happened before as well, but thought it might be a mistake. Looks like the staff is stealing food. Management should implement some controls. Will avoid going to this branch.

Today i visited to Nugegoda wijerama sen saal today. I was experiencing worst customer experience there. They are not taking order properly. They not giving what we want.. and food is cold. Not testy at all. I have no idea who managing this branch. Workers not getting proper guidance. 🤦🏻

Excellent atmosphere thanks to the refurbishment last year. The staff needs to be trained in customer service. Parking has always been a pain. Cleanliness also needs continuous attention. Though the food is good and prices are reasonable, the variety and options aren't updated regularly. The sandwich bread is never fresh, even the ones manufactured on the same day. A hotline for customer feedback would help the management to understand what's going on on ground. All the best!

Very poor service. Breakfast was ice cold. “No coconut sambal for string hoppers for breakfast ….” What kinda restaurant is this??? Highly unsatisfied. Strongly recommend not to go.

Reasonably good food. This is a fine urban mini restaurant with ample seatings area.

The quality of SenSaal has reduced drastically. Now the only thing you taste in fried rice is artificial flavoring. Had to drink so much water after eating this to tone down heart burn caused by them. Rice and Curry options are quite limited and not worth even trying.

The place has been renovated and gives a look of space, other than that it seems to have lost that old charm that was there with lots of customers. Staff seems to have been reduced. Sensal branch in Nugegoda has been closed down Giving the impression that they too have been hit by the economic crisis and has had to limit their services.

I took a few snacks and bread from here. The string hoppers which I picked up were stale and more or less inedible, it was easy to make out since the edges were hard. The curry was ok but it was quite clear the if you go in the evening you will end up with stale stuff. The parathas were ok however it not something that can be had on it's own. Ok for breakfast but not for lunch and definitely not for dinner. Their breads are quite good though.

320 for a proper sized and yummy rice and curry. Great value, especially in this ridiculously overpriced neighbourhood.

Are you sure you cooked all foods properly? All the fried rice and mongolian rice we brought today is uncooked... we had to discard it... This used to be a good restaurant..what happened with your quality management?

Purchased Dosa yesterday for dinner @ Rs 150 each. YDosa was so hard, we could have used them as a frisbee. The Sambar given was foul smelling. This food was was so bad it was ready for the bin not for sale.

Good location, with some car parking space beside the main road. Staff are ok and helpful to some extend. Food is average according to me. It can be improved. Some of the bakery items are good. Not everything in the menu was available. The Nasigoreng was too oily. Ambience is ok. They have indoor seating and service.

Actually this is thr best sen-saal outlet they have got. Awesome place with awesome staff. Super clean and ample seating space. Road side parking. Usual sensaal taste with added smiles and positive attitudes from the staff.

I had a 2 snacks and Nestea takeaway . Nestea is just the Hotwater. Looks like they haven't refilled the machine. We dont expect this kind of silly mistake from good food supplier. Staff is good but no customer greeting at all or even farewell. They know that we buy it anyway. Silly mistake again.

I went for this place for dinner tonight. We ordered Hoppers (Egg and plain) , Godamba rottees and Club Sandwiches. For curries we ordered Chicken, Dhal and Vegetable Kuruma. All cost Rs.2000.00++. First orders came within 20 to 30 minutes and Club Sandwiches came like 45 - 50 minutes later. All family was already finished their dinner and had to wait for long for mine. The chicken gravey and vegetable kuruma was bit salty. I don't think it's so healthy to eat such amount of salt with your meals. The french fries with the club sandwiches were old and rusty. I feel like eating rubber. Those might cooked earlier and they might re-heated it and served. The Eggs of the Egg Hoppers were bit undercooked. Not so apatite. Please upgrade your quality of the food as Havelock Town Sen-Saal. This is really bad experience for my whole family. I gave two stars because of the cleanliness of this place and the Club Sandwiches was nicer than other dishes. Hope this place also got some standards in future like other places in this business chain. Thanks
