Pizza was not bad. Reasonable price. Also it's a small place. Can dine in about 5 or 6 people only

I recently visited Havelock Domino's Pizza and unfortunately, I was left quite disappointed with my experience. There were a few significant issues that need to be addressed urgently. Firstly, the lack of proper hygiene practices was concerning. I noticed that the staff members were not wearing gloves while handling the food. This raised concerns about food safety and cleanliness. It is essential for a restaurant to maintain high hygiene standards to ensure the well-being of their customers. Furthermore, the absence of a name board to identify the establishment was puzzling. It made it difficult for customers to locate the place and created confusion, especially for first-time visitors like myself. Clear signage is crucial to help customers easily identify the restaurant and avoid any unnecessary inconvenience. The limited space inside the restaurant was another drawback. The cramped seating arrangement did not provide a comfortable dining experience. Additionally, the lack of air conditioning made the atmosphere quite uncomfortable, especially in warm weather. It is important for a restaurant to create a pleasant and spacious environment for customers to enjoy their meals. I believe these issues need to be addressed promptly to enhance the overall customer experience at Havelock Domino's Pizza. I hope that the management takes these concerns seriously and implements the necessary improvements to ensure a more satisfying visit for future customers.

Ordered today 2 pizzas for tye 50% offer, the bread was really bad and smelly, pizza sauce was like water and no cheese at all. I forgot to take pictures. If this is how you guys make pizzas for offers, kindly don't give offers as the pizza is made with really bad quality. Additionally I was waiting for the message to come and when the food is ready and never got it and went to the store to collect and it was made 20 mins before so ended up eating really cold pizza too 😤

Went for a takeaway order they are not bothered at all and not aware of any offers. Finally had to order a medium pizza which was also terrible and unhappy. Now got to understand why people prefer pizza hut over this place. 🙄

The Pizzas Are Very Delicious Especially The BBQ Chicken Pizza. And The Other Items Such as Garlic Toast Chickens Are also delicious The Prices Are Also Reasonable and the deals are very very much reasonable and delicious

Worst experience I've ever had getting food delivered, food didn't arrive so I had to opt to get from a different outlet instead. Food arrived more than an hour late and they didn't give the 30mins guarantee discount apparently that discount is for the next time you order. safe to say I won't be wasting more money again regardless of how much they claim to give a discount for unless it's fully free

Good for take away. Parking is not good enough. Small place with more focus on take away and delivery.

Worst pizza 😕 I didn't realise how pizza hut is good at making pizza until I tried pizza in dominos😮‍💨

One of worst web sites I have ever used recently. I used their website to place an order. No Menu, scroll bars, and many of other options (or not working). It took me more than 30 minutes to fill the order after so many challenges. At the end it is asking to confirm payment method. When I go for it, an error appearing and say cannot continue. I'm using latest version of Edge browser and I do not use Apps. Later I call and placed the order. Later they call and saying some menus are not available with them. My user experience is "Zero" with their online and call-in services.

Horrible experience not once but twice..Ordered once and after two hours they said they can’t deliver because of driver issues and today ordered again and after two hours the Havelock outlet said they never even got my order. Utter nonsense poor customer service never ever ordering again from this horrible place 😡😡😡

Service was good but place was really hot, i guess the air conditioner was off all the time. Overall quality of pizza and the experience was above average.

Its very small but neat and clean... Also they make ur order wen u order it so its nice and warm...it doesnt have a eating area as such but theres like one table thats all,but the pizza was very good. P.s. my go to pizza is a medium tandoori chicken pizza..go get it😂😌😌

Worst customer service ever. I will never order again from Domino's. After one hour placing the order they called and said that card machine is broken and they need another one hour. Therefore I had to cancel the order. I would give zero stars if possible.

I placed an order (order No.34) at 1853hr on 10th July 2022 and I asked from the hotline about the delivery around 2050hr. Still waiting to receive the order. More than 3 hours gone. Very pathetic and I will never order from Dominos.

Good food, relatively quick, helped to choose the most economic combo of items, provided extra sauces when requested.

Never tried it before but when I tried it was awesome The cashier at the Havelock city branch was so pleasant with me and like the way he introduced me about the variety of items available in the menu The oil and cheeses are perfectly balanced Will order more and more

Food was good, service was good & loved the fast serve. But not having a customer oriented environment is a huge minus. Even we were dining-in, pizzas and other appetizers were served in cardboard delivery boxes which made a huge mess on the table. Ordered a Pepsi for two, and got the Pepsi with 2 extra cheap disposable plastic cups which weren't easy to use. And it was self service, what if I wanted another pizza? Will just have to go around the corner and wait in the line till I lose the appetite. Meh, 😱!!! Pizzahut tops that...

The worst pizza I had ever try in my life... that was my first time trying their pizza here in sri lanka I ordered chicken hawaiian pizza and when I received it it was chicken sausages no taste nothing and when i called them they said it’s chicken bacon still it’s not chicken they are fooling the customers like I never eat hawaiian pizza in my life before, I paid 2400 for 2 medium pizza and then I couldn’t eat because of the taste like im eating sausages with cheese... that is my first and last time to order from that place in my life.

On that day, I placed an order (#45) for a pizza, expecting it to be delivered within the promised 30 minutes. However, the pizza never arrived even after an hour had passed, which was well beyond the guaranteed delivery time. Disappointed by the delay, I contacted your hotline to cancel the order, and I was assured of a refund by the following day. Regrettably, despite multiple assurances and numerous follow-up calls to your hotline, more than 10 days have elapsed, and I have yet to receive the promised refund. This lack of communication and failure to fulfill commitments from Domino's Pizza Sri Lanka has left me highly dissatisfied and inconvenienced. I had not only experienced a delay in delivery but also encountered a significant inconvenience due to the non-refund of the undelivered order. I urge you to take immediate action to rectify this matter by processing the refund owed to me without further delay. Additionally, I implore your team to improve customer service communication and ensure such incidents do not recur in the future. I expect a prompt resolution to this issue and hope for a better experience with Domino's Pizza in the future.

I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with Domino's Pizza. I initially attempted to place my order through their app, which proved to be a nearly half-hour exercise in frustration. Eventually, I resorted to calling directly at 5:30 PM, requesting a delivery for 7 PM. Come 7 PM, I received a text message asking me to rate my order. The problem? I had yet to receive it. I was informed that the message was due to a "technical issue" and that my order would be on its way soon. By 8 PM, there was still no sign of my order, so I called back. This time, I was connected to the dispatching branch (Havelock Road), where things took a turn for the worse. My patience was wearing thin, and the way I was treated only exacerbated my frustration. They also had the audacity to tell me to "calm down." To add insult to injury, they insisted that my order had been dispatched and paid for, implying that I must be mistaken. I don't know who it was delivered to, but it wasn't me. And perhaps they should listen to the recorded conversations to "ensure customer satisfaction" where they can hear that I repeated my address - twice. At this point, I was beyond exasperated, and there seemed to be no point in further discussion, so I hung up. I am loathe to leave a review of this nature. However, if you value your time, I strongly advise avoiding Domino's. There are countless other pizza places in the country, any one of which would likely provide a more pleasant and efficient experience.

This is not the first time but the 2nd time. Horrible customer experience. Can’t deliver on time when you put the order through the app. Takes more than an hour and half to get a response and that too we have to call. Incompetent staff and doesn’t have a proper order cancellation process. Worst foreign franchise ever.
