Great place if you need a quick and guaranteed American food fix. The chicken tastes crispy, juicy and very flavorful. The staff is very friendly, however, they failed to tell us that the appetizers are free of charge from Monday to Friday, and so we paid the entire thing. Very disappointing.

Great place with a nice ambiance. The food was so yummy and filling even though they were on the very expensive side. Be mindful that VAT and government tax will be added to your bill. Had a small mishap in our order. However, had a very nice variety to choose from the appealing menu card. Compared to the food, drinks were less expensive and the quantity was very generous. Worth a try once in a while.

Their menu had a variety of different foods and drinks. Also a comfy place with quick service and great for a hangout with friends. The prices aren’t reasonable considering the sizes of food. Every food item has the same unique taste but I didn’t like it.

Excellent food. Top class service with the friendliest staff and actually the best experience in terms of service that I have experienced in Sri Lanka. They have alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Mostly they have western dishes. Cozy ambiance and very relaxing. Best restaurant in OGF.

As a food lover, I’ve always wanted to check out the newly opened Chili’s Grill & Bar. I went on a Friday night and the place was bit crowded, however they have a nice ambience. I ordered a cocktail and a portion of Chicken Fajitas. The portion was bigger than expected and the dish tasted really delicious. Even though the prices are towards a high end, I would say it’s worth the money you spend. However, the cocktails could have been a bit bigger in the size.

Good place for lunch. Went there with some friends, all was alright except the fish dish served there which tasted horrible. Other than that, I liked the ambience and the staff service. Would definitely recommend the place

I am pretty sure my case was an exception. I had to wait 1 hour for my order, which was very basic nachos and spicy wings. The drinks came in very quickly, but the wait for the food was excruciating.

Very good food. Reasonable prices. Quick service. Attentive staff. Clean and modern looking bar and tables/booths. Restrooms were clean and well kept.

The lady who served us was completely rude didn’t even bother reciprocating while we tried to be nice to her, after billing I thanked her for the service but she just turned the other way and left. completely ruined our day! But the other staff members were decent especially the girl at the door was really nice! Then when it comes to the food it was well below competition average comparing to the other places within the mall itself. (basic pastas and burgers as it’s not worth what you pay) Maybe my expectations were high since it’s a internationally well established brand but no they failed to deliver. Overall will not visit again and I would recommend other places!

While prices are slightly above average, the menu has a lot of food items to choose from. Overall, it's a great place for a delicious meal in a welcoming atmosphere.

Exceptional food and service. Cocktails are really worth the price. Food is amazing and filling and was brought to the table within 5 minutes of ordering. The ambience is quite lovely and the restaurant itself is clean and neat. Loved the whole dining experience here.

Have been here multiple times since they opened. The food, drinks and overall ambiance has been great each time! Their food is a bit pricey but the quantities make up for it. The happy hour deal is best used if you are going with a large crowd of people!

Great place to get a casual drink and something to eat. Food and drinks are delicious with great presentation. Despite the fact that the menu appears to be a little pricy at first sight, the portion sizes are generous. The seating arrangement and ambiance were great. I loved the vibe. If you visit one galle face mall and need to get dinner or lunch this would be the ideal place. The staff members are really helpful. Food is affordable and good value for money. Single portion is also served with a great quantity. Wash rooms and tables are cleanly. There are lot of places to sit. You can pay using debit or credit cards. They have a wide range of options to select from. Food was delivered really fast.

The food was amazing and the portions are extremely filling. Loved the appetisers which was almost filling as a full meal. Freshly cooked and presentation is top notch. An interesting range of cocktails and beers. The restaurant ambience is amazing and looking forward to revisit soon.

An excellent place to visit and dine. In 3 weeks we have eaten there 3 times. The staff remeber us and our orders. Service for us was provided by Palash who was patient with our children and Rewat was exceptional at food order recommendation, they are both exceptional staff. Food is very good and ambiance is 10/10 The service from everyone was with a smile. There were excellent veg burger, pasta, salad and sliders options. Onion rings with my burger were a nice surprise. My kids loved the brownie ice c4eam and we're happy to get clean high quality food and service.

Chili’s grill and bar is a very quiet place with nice lightings to have a perfect get together. We found it very relaxing. They have all types of foods, burgers, pizzas, tacos, quesadillas, nachos, flatbreads, and many more. In most of the types they also have the vegetarian option as well. So that it is convenient for the vegetarian person to have a meal with others. They also have cocktails, mock-tails, milkshakes and juices as well. Ah

Specious and cozy place to have a meal with your friends and family. The food taste very good specially the Taco and crispy chicken. Staff is quite friendly.

Great Mexican restaurant with good food and a really good atmosphere. It is a very cozy place. The food is delicious here we ordered pizza fried shrimp and mojitos - Evolution Blue pacific, and Fusion. The price is reasonable. The bar is also available. The staff is friendly but could improve their service a bit. The restaurant is filled with beautiful wall art or photographs hanging. So can take nice photos around there. The washroom was unusable at the time but could use the One Gallefce mall washrooms as well.

Totally new experience with a very different taste pallet that I actually loved! Best place for those who like to taste food just the way it is without too many added flavors. The staff was very friendly and customer service was great from entering to leaving the doors. Although the menu seems pricey at a glance, the portion sizes were really big and fresh. However, cocktails weren’t the best… Wasn’t really strong and felt like it had very less alcohol with too much ice making it feel watery.. Overall, great place that’s worth the try!!

The worst service in Sri Lanka. Awful waiting staff with a real attitude. Food was average but do yourself a favour and go to TGI a few floors up - we really wished we had. I have visited Chilis restaurants all over the world and this is the worst ever. Can believe how they keep their franchise license- don’t think they will for long. (Burger buns are more like cake than bread!) not pleasant.

The first Chilis to open in Sri Lanka. Located in the One Galle Face Mall this is a nicely furnished spacious restaurant. They have an extensive menu for both food and drink. When we went it was disappointing to see that the Beef and Pork options on the menu were not available. On inquiry we found that this was due to some sourcing problems and would not be available for a while. This is a shame. Other than that the rest of the items on the menu were well put together. A good place for a meal out with friends.

Food was pretty good. Tasty & good portion size. Prices are high but not unreasonable. Decent amount of vegetarian options. Cocktails were a bit disappointing. Not very boozy. Maybe skip those and get a beer.

The food was really good. I've been to the Chilly's in Dubai as well. And they've tried to keep up the quality. The downside was the service. They were severely under staffed. I spoke to the manager who explained there's a major issue with finding staff in the country as most have left. All the working waiters were mostly new and inexperienced. The staff were extremely busy, and kept dashing around. I had to call the land line to tell them to give me the dessert and bill. All in all. The food was great. I hope they can sort their staff issues and hope to be back again.

The place to go for your Tex-Mex fix. I have been here a couple of times and they have never disappointed. While they may be pricey when compared with some other places that serve similar fare, they are definitely value for money in terms of portion sizes and the overall quality of the food. The smoked chicken quesadillas, the Jambalaya, the chicken and shrimp fajitas, the fried Calamari, their version of fried chicken tenders are some of my all time favorites.

I keep thinking about penne that I had for lunch My sons are saying again and again And salad was good for my appetite also. I might been really hungry that time, I had such a delicious lunch after a long time. All staff’s service was impressive.

If you ever visit chili's, don't forget to taste their non-veg triple dipper. We have ordered the crispy seafood trio and chicken crispers, chicken wings, and southwestern egg-roll trio. Calamari and fish N' chips from the seafood trio are the best I ever had. Their grilled chicken burger is so delicious and will make you feel full. Their fusion and evolution mocktails are also delicious to taste if you are a non-alcohol lover. The place's ambiance is soooo good, and it's the ideal place to hang out with your friends. The interior setup of the place is so unique and one of the best dine-ins in Sri Lanka. Prices are reasonable but are mindful they will add 19% to your bill as VAT and service charge.

We've had a quite nice experience at this place. The person who served us was extremely friendly. The margaritas we ordered were really good and the food was delicious and fresh. The only issue I saw was that some dishes were worth the money and some were a bit overpriced. Also, their signature chicken wings were a bit too tangy for me even with the ranch they serve it with.

After a long wait, Chili's is finally here in SRILANKA and is open for public in the one galle face Mall. Loved their service, Very spacious outlet. The portions are just the same size you get in any of their other outlets abroad. TASTE AND QUALITY: Needs more improvement, I guess it'll get better with time. However never disappointed, will definitely come back to try the RIBS the next time. 🤘
