Good: Staff very friendly, big rooms with great facilities, pool was lovely. Bad: The owner has apparently emigrated to Australia, leaving the place looking tired and needing work to the roof and garden areas. He has also left his yappy dog which barks from 5am. Airport shuttle is not included like it said online. Breakfast was sub standard to say the least, especially compared with other 5 star establishments in the city. Only hotel where money was taken from card before check out, meaning we could not use the last of our LK before leaving.

We attended a wedding function at this place. Hope to have a great experience but unfortunately their service was very poor they treated their guest like their baggers. They didn't serve water to gist tables we need to go behind them at get bottles. And the steward cleans the glass and plates while we are having it. And when asking for a hot water they just say no hot water.is this the hospitality in a world recognized persons place. Please try to correct these misbehaviors of your staff mr. Dilshan

Excellent people. Very friendly staff. The day before I was leaving Srilanka, I lost my wallet and they even helped me file a complaint to the police station. Everyone was very cooperative and took we were treated very well. I really liked the rooms and although i couldn't use the swimming pool, it looked very nice. The place is some 20 minutes for the airport, a little out of the downtown, so if somebody wants to spend some good time without the noise and fuss, I would really recommend this place. Apart from the misfortune of losing my wallet, I had a great time here.

Been to this place a couple of times and every single time I go here I want to step in this place again! The overall service and built of this place is good. I haven't tasted their food as yet but I'm guessing that is good too!! In the midst of the busy Colombo streets it's nice to find a few places that can offer a soundless stay.

Rooms are not clean. Bad smell and dust on furniture. Not worth for money. Very bad breakfast. Really hard to get an online booking confirmation. Nice location with antique furniture. Indrajith was very helpful.

A stylish small hotel owned by legendary Sri Lankan cricketer Tillakaratne Dilshan. The local breakfast was great, and the service was excellent. The wonderful staff even helped us when we returned to Colombo to try to get a connecting train down south, and we weren't even staying with them. First class.
