Last service was not done as expected level. Body wash is not good. They did not wash carpets and interior not cleaned well. But previous services are very good. I have make a complain too. Manager was concerned very much that matter and he asked me to come back for body wash again. Hope they will correct it next time.

This place is often not busy. Provides efficient fast service. Diligent, skilled technicians are employed. Vehicles are washed outside. It is the only TOYOTA service center in the city of Colombo. "Firelli" tires for sale. Customers have facilities to stay. Parking area not enough.i

Service was good and the people are very good. Only negative would be the fact that it took 6 hours and they washed the 3M carpets but they didn’t put it back saying they are wet.

Now the time is 3.51pm and I came here to do a wheel alignment. This place is recommended by one of my friend but unfortunately they cannot do it now coz they have to close at 5pm.

This is killing our time. 5-6 hours per a vehicle service.. Not enough space to sit even.. Very limited space and congested. They took more than 5 hours to service my car.. they dont value the important time that we are wasting at their place.. They dont have a place to wash the car at the same premises.. They take the car to a different place to wash and take ages to comeback.They give fake promises of doing quick work.. but never do the work timely... for example: 30 min promise extend to more than 1 and half hour. I would not recommend this place for anyone.. Very poor satisfaction for a busy person But They might have done a good work.. Good place If you have free 6 hours to waste..

Really nice & humble staff they explain clearly & giving a superb customer service to their clients. They are teaching how to maintain the vehicle as per Toyota standards & giving a good technical explanation. Recommending this place with great experience.

Went service my car at there. Pre booking is required for service. According to the booking schedule they provided their services.

Officers are friendly, knowledgeable and their service also really excellent. In the premisess, theres less parking space for customers. I have purchased a oil filter to my car and the cost is 3700 LKR. The price is really high and its the only issue.

Visited the Shop on13/01/24 @ 15.25 to place a special order for a spare part. The person who was at the spare part desk refused to place the order telling that particular staff who places special orders is on leave. I really canceled so much of other work and went there to place the order. That person was not customer oriented. Simply refuse to place the order telling that they do not have sufficient staff to accomodate my request.

Been to many wheel alignment places in and around Colombo and I have to say this is probably the best!
