Very bad customer service. They never answer the phone calls. I really disappointed. I’m Oriflame loyal customer also but they treat us like that always. How can I introduce new members in this situation? And their new website is very complicated. It’s not user-friendly. Finally, I need to say, Oriflame products are of high quality but customer service is very poor. If you continue like this customer service, it's a very bad image for your company.

They dont know how to work with clients. If they did some mistake they even dont care. When contact customer service they tell lies about delayed orders. Had several bad experiences with deliveries. Most of products are out of stock most of times. Even tbe first day of the new catalog some products are out of stock. they dont allow to put the comments and complains about the service too. I. There website they only post the postive comments.

Good products. The sales team is excellent. Especially there was a Akka a bit fat I forgot her name but she told me she is doing the sales. She did a great service.

Staff is friendly and cooperative. To avoid any delays just go there at around 3 o’clock in the evening. Go to the third floor to order products and once the payments are done, you can collect the items from the first floor. Always double check the received items with what you ordered. Sometimes the products shown in their site is outdated and have replaced with newer products which might differ from the original presentation. In that case, do not worry just ask it directly. Parking is available as well.

Very bad & poor customer service. I tried to contact few days in a several time but they doesn't answer any calls. My order is too delay.. I haven't any problem with the product quality.. I ordered a perfume and it came damaged. After calling customer service for 3 consecutive days, they finally arranged a resent for the damaged item. I was being to lose hope in the brand, but ultimately they sent it. But it should have been one call followed by an email with the evidence to support the complaint, hence 4 stars. My wife loves the perfume 🙂

The interior design of this establishment is very attractive but the staff is not very attractive. has a certain position in the market.

Worst attitudes towards customers. No proper parking for customers. Even though they have a reasonable parking space in front of their shop, they do not allow customers to park there saying it causes difficulties to get their "madams" vehicle out. Even during rain you have to park under some old trees on the road side and walk back. These bosses has forgotten that they are thriving because of their customers. Though sell Swedish products, has not learnt how Swedish people respect customers.....

Though they have some quality stuffs, the customer service n currier services are realy bad. They force to make payment n not doing their job well, however they have failed to currier the already paid orders. Dissapointed with the service, lie to their customers .
