A large car park and well maintained and user friendly. It's very spacious and hence reduces the jam and the messiness that it would otherwise create. The light on top indicates whether a parking lot is free or occupied. Like if the light is green in colour it means it's free and if it's red it means it's occupied. Also to reduce the traffic some routes have been named as one way inside the car park. And all the instructions have been displayed in the bars hanging from the top. A fair ticket price would be imposed based on the hours that you have used the car park when you are leaving the mall.

Ample parking available in the basement with lot of new features and also security, that is impressive actually. Wheelchair accessible entrance and wheelchair accessible parking available too. If it is a busy or a peak time pretty much time is going to waste on trying to park or to get into the vehicle and leave. They charge after 2 hours, Rs. 200 for cars and other vehicles. Rs. 50 for motor bikes. The entry and exit points are kinda hard to find sometimes, but those security staff is helping with it. Overall this parking facility is much better.

The car park service needs to be fixed fast, they don't accept cards at the exit. The car machines near the entrance are broken so you can't pay. The transport office place has a long queue, after you start to leave going back to pay means you won't have a place to stop and park so you better hope you have a passenger to pay for you. The OGF app is useless, the parking vouchers don't work and the parking staff have no clue how to make it work either. The vouchers will deduct your points though, so that works but you won't get anything deducted from your parking fee.

OneGalle bike parking is always full. As per the security officers, no bikes are allowed except for PVR bookings, yet it's always full. Maybe they feel bikes will reduce the richness of the atmosphere and bikes make OneGalle face look ugly. If that's the case, they could either increase the parking fare or come up with an alternative. However, they choose to put up a board saying "motorbike parking full". Pretty frustrated with their service! Not going there even if I buy a car 😂

Big space with modern facilities. Their mobile application is not working properly and they try to running scam like thing. When I went to redeem my points they said you don’t have to pay anything but when I reach to gate security Gard ask me to extra money to open the gate. You can pay with cash and cards. BICYCLES parking is FREE OF CHARGE. Available parking lots are showing on the digital sign boards located near galleface Road and beirra Lake Road.

There are not enough parking slots to accommodate the customers at the weekends and festive seasons. Directions are veeeeery confusing. You can't add your vehicle number to their app unless it has letters in the number plate. So if you have an old vehicle, you can spend tens of thousands at the mall, but you can't pay your parking ticket through the points earned through any of your purchases thus have to spend more for parking.

Very hard to find the slots these days. The Parking area lights are not working. Very hard to find the Slots. Otherwise, the Services are very easy including the payment. Days back I can remember that we can locate our vehicle where it was parked. Now adays this facility also stopped.

This is less of a car park and more of a maze. The parking is marked however the markings have no reference as such, therefore mentions like L2 or LG have no meaning, you do not know what part of the mall you will enter and exit from making it a wild goose chase, to add fuel to the fire the parking is expensive.

A quite big parking space which charges 100LKR per hour for a car. I recommend to pay from KIOSK machines for the parking fees because it's really easy and simple. Then u don't have to wait for a long when u are exiting the car park.

What Time Will It Open?

They won't let you take the motorcycle helmet inside!!. I parked my bike in one corner and walked all the way to the other to get to the first floor. The guard at check point told me that no helmets are allowed after this point and showed me a sign. I asked him whether there's a place where I can store it. He said no I have to keep it with my bike and showed me the sign again. I'm not gonna leave my expensive helmet just hanging on my bike so someone can easily steal it. Came here for a dinner, went to another place after hearing this nonsense. Maybe you guys should have a place to store the helmets, I don't mind paying a fee for that.

Most of the time its difficult to find your vehicle as there are multiple entrance/exits.. suggest a number system

Although Zone A & others are labeled, I couldn't find which Level. Ideally it should have had Level .... Zone..... on each location that is labeled.

Took more time to exit. Some of the paying machines not working properly. Receipt printing not working once we paid. But it won't be a problem. System will allow you to go if you paid through the machine.

It's spacious, not too expensive, and the smart parking/ payment is a plus.. It can get confusing if you forget where you parked. Also, they should include local payment options like LankaQR compatibility, or ezcash.. And there was a manual checking both at the exit, makes the whole automated system pointless

Helmets are not allowed to take in which is a bad experience. No safe place for helmet. Security is harsh when we inquire on helmets Somedays they dont allow bikes to come in which is bad.

Good and spacious but very crowded in Sundays. There 3 levels of parking and make sure to remember your level, zone and the number in the slot you parked the vehicle to avoid problems when going back to the vehicle and finding it

A well-designed vehicle parking management system with green and red warning lights. So,  you can find out whether a vehicle is parked or not without having to visit the location.

No enough parking for motorcycles in weekends and they don’t even care to accommodate it somehow even there are more than enough car parking slots. This is the second time this has happened to me. They just chase away motorcycles. We even had a big amount movie booking also. Paying parking tickets also confusing since no ticketing at exit gates. My friends had to drive their car all the way back to pay. Worst mall car park in Colombo. 👎👎👎

One Galle Face car park has something against bikes being parked. During several visits, both weekends, weekdays and peak times and non peak times, they have put up a board saying "Motorbike parking is full". I go through that side frequently and it's the case most of the time. When inquiried, the security person said they have stopped taking bikes and only allow bikes if they have PVR bookings, which is absurd. This is clear disrmination against bikes. I don't know the exact reason, but it doesn't look nice. Their carpark is already expensive than most, so if they have an issue with bikes, they could have some other alternative. So if u have any plans of visiting this mall in a bike other than watching a movie, either plan on parking it outside or have some other travel options..
