Ok budget rooms. Rooms are clean. AC was cool enough. Good service. Dont expect much. Just spend night

Beautiful & eligant zen rooms in reasonable price. Very quiet & calm. Service staffs are really so friendly. They have improved there interior in a beautiful way. Enjoyed the stay.

I booked and made the confirmation two times, but room was not reserved, I waited for getting room and they agreed one rate and asked to pay more rate, I don't recommend. Others.

Very reasonable price and the maintenance was superb. Highly recommend for the ones who expect the best in low costs.

I have been going to Hotel Sunshine for many years when I need to go down to Colombo for a few days. It's ideal - very central - great staff and reception who are professional descreet friendly. The rates have virtually not increased over these years and it renains for me the best value for money hotels in central Colombo. Rooms are pretty as well as functional with hot water etc. Some rooms are better than others and there are AC and non AC. There is no breakfast but you can order food..coffee tea..though for me it's really a very practical stay over with excellent service..Top hotel

Very nice hotel with adequate facilities for the right price.

It's a good stop for you to refresh yourself. Good place to sleep, take a shower and the food is decent. Also, you can see the ocean at the end of the street. So that's a plus. :)

Basic rooms at a good price. We stayed in a non AC in January/February and were totally comfortable. Welcoming staff and nice reception area. Room for dining on the second floor for take away meals from the numerous restaurants nearby. Quick walk from Bambalapitya train station. Recommend!

I stayed here during my visit to Sri Lanka. Best location in Colombo for a budget hotel. Staff is very friendly and supportive. Very clean room with good facilities. Very safe hotel and about 10 meters to beach. All in all very good hotel.
