The newly opened hotel is conveniently located just 200 meters off Galle Road. There are some leading restaurants, shopping malls, clothing stores, super markets, banks and ATM machines around the property. Well clean rooms and en-suite bathrooms. Free wi-fi, hot water, in-room satellite channels, fully furnished living spaces, elevator service, secure parking and more amenities. Ideal place for families, business travelers and tourists to stay.

Had a very satisfied stay. Rates are comparatively low when looking at the quality of accommodation. The rooms are tidy, and the attached washrooms are well cleaned. Can get all sorts of help from the help desk needed for us. Restaurants aren't available but can take in food from online delivery services. Highlighted thing was, able to check in even at the midnight without any discomfort. Confidently I can suggest to others.

The best customer service I have ever had. The manager Mr. Pradeep was the best. He was attentive, proactive totally dedicated. Please contact him or ask for him by name, when you are making reservations. I made a reservation for 3 deluxe rooms and he made making the reservation much easy. He was there when we checked in and was very attentive. The rooms were clean, nice and comfortable. As is with other guest houses, there were no towels in the rooms but were available upon request. Pradeep made sure we had towels. He also had our food ready when we wanted. The room rates were very reasonable. I would go there again and recommend highly for anyone visiting Jaffna.
