One of the very poor administration and poor customer service place i have seen so far. Only they need money

Quick service and excellent, skilled doctors. They have a lot of facilities and waiting time was bare minimum. The level of medical expertise and professionalism is displayed by all healthcare providers and staff. Very impressed and highly recommend.

One of the worst medical center I have visited. No proper customer service as have to wait hours to get done your medical certificate. Government should have a proper mechanism to control these type of entities. Not recommended at all.

Worst customer service with very unprofessional staff. Takes an unwanted amount of time for medical tests and people have to stay in queues standing for a long time.

A bit crowded, but very efficiently run. Front office staff and medical staff are exemplary!

One of the worst labs in Sri Lanka, their reports are not trustable, no professionalism at all, they are earning through our money but don’t offer any respect to their clients and threatens them when we ask for reposts and evidence saying that they will not allow traveling if we take action. I am going to write to Sri Lanka foreign affairs ministry and bureau

Worst Medical lab ever. They think we come there for take free services. Don't have professional staff for offer better service. Don't know how to talk with customers. The security thinks he is the owner of this lab. Really dissatisfied. Please find better lab for your need. Not recommended.

Usually there is a cue. But their services are somewhat quick. Good doctors available. Expensive.

Please don't go to this place. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. 1. Receptionists have not trained to treat customers. Not educated. Not professional. 2.. place is full of dirty, dusty,not a good place for babies. 3.. Doctor do not arrive on time.Never.we have to wait atleast 2 hours, but they ask us to book the appointment through dialog prior. 4.. Doctor do not do a service, it's money oriented.

I hope Receptionist needs to train how to deal and respect the guest . Service was very bad sound are very high. Just now I faced 01.08.2022

Absolutely a waste of your time. Staff doesn’t know how to take responsibility for their own blunders, and just looking for someone else to blame. Bunch of clowns.
