Do not buy anything from this company. They do not honor the life time warranty given to me. They will steal your money giving some crappy promises. Its a daylight robbery. Its time for class action lawsuit.

Calling to inform them and later reminding them becomes a routine, and only after persistent efforts, they might decide to hand it over to the courier service. My specific orders, #33850 and #34219, became a part of this ordeal. Weeks passed before I finally received the products, making the entire process an exercise in patience. If you value your time and peace of mind, I'd strongly advise against dealing with this online store.

Not the smoothest online shopping experience that I had but could be worse. It took them 7 days to deliver my order and during that 7 days I couldn't even contact them as they were, Not replying to emails Not answering my calls Not replying to my FB messages. I ended up making a scene by posting negative reviews everywhere. Anyway, they came through on the 7th day and delivered my order. They claimed that it sometimes it takes them around 7-14days to complete orders that are located outside of the capital. So I guess it's ok. Communication should be improved though. The product was genuine and was of good quality. I will do business again with quantum without hesitation.

Great and quick service. My treadmill broke down and required a replacement of the main board. As promised, within 3 days they arrived with the new part. Quantum Fitness Products are assemble was very easy and the instructions were easy to follow. These so easy to use. All items are great for the price and good quality. Poor after sale service I brought Home Gym from Quantum Fitness year ago. Recently I want to change the room of the home gym. I call to their hot line and said my reqirement. After a day technician called and tell me that they charge Rs 6,000/= to un fix the home gym and fix in new room. Technician who came is even didnt know what is customer service .

I Purchased an item 1st of December still not received it. Absolute worst customer support too. If it takes too long to deliver the item at least be decent enough to inform the customer about the delay.

I was looking for a body trainer and looked at many options. Even though there were products available for less price in the market and in online platforms, I decided to purchase the product from Quantum direct due to the excellent service rendered by your representative Ms Chathurangi. She was an amazing person who went the extra mile to explain about the product, the alternative options and assured a superior after sales service. I made the online payment at 9.50 am today and the product was delivered to my residence by 4.30 pm within 7 hours. I am really delighted about her service keeping the promise to deliver the item within one day. Employees like Chathurangi are an asset to any companies and I wish her well for a brighter future 👍😁
