    NEVER USE THIS SERVICE for your urgent investigations. The call system and customer care is the worst service I have ever experienced in sri lanka. It takes 12 hours to send the sample to testing stations from collection cente. Even the staff working here have not any idea about the investigations and time. You will never be able to trace a report in case of emergency. Please do not go ever for urgent investigations. The worst ever laboratory service. As a health care professional I strongly discourage this service.

    The New Laboratory is organized and built in mind with patients. Multiple counters for Pharmacy and Laboratory. Ticket system. Nice Ambiance and air-conditioned. Now they have a kiosk to print lab reports manually. Prices are very high in my opinion, so I will not recommend this place. But many people who can afford their services recommend it.

    Currently at Durdens admitted due an ailment. Nice experiences never answe to phone calls at nurses station. Has to go there to ask for my morning medicine dose. Yesterday Dr. Prescribed many non has given to me. Best ever experience

    Satisfactory reliable service. The lab staff are extremely efficient and have a kind gesture. Hats off. This is my 7th visit. Their ambiance n privacy also remarkable. Thank you

    My cousin travelling to Australia got his PCR test done at 9am and the results came out as "Dectected". We advised him to re take the test which he did on the same day, at a different hospital and the results were Nagative. How come he got a false positive report?!

    I was calling for durdans to check the price of OGTT and they asked me to WhatsApp me the prescription to send the price list .they mentioned 1150 rs in WhatsApp... When i go to lab and to take the checkup they were like 2050rs for OGTT. I was showing the WhatsApp messages also they were like no its 2050rs.i dont know how it will increase within one. poor services .. Please check the price details before check up.
