Staff was very unfriendly. Buffet was closed before all guests finished the lunch. Small kids (under 18) was working as stewards.

My experience was quite disappointing. The pool was not well-maintained and appeared dirty during my visit. Additionally, the dinner provided was not up to the mark and didn't offer good value. Overall, I cannot recommend this villa to anyone.

Location is good as a playground. Other than that, service, food and cleanliness is “0%”. Not recommended to anyone. Pool looks really dirty and you’ll definitely get diarrhea if you use.

Last week me and my family was there after nearly 6 months, I'm glad to say that that place has a huge improvement. Nice and clean new cabanas, swimming pool was clean and most of all superb staff service that's the best improvement compared last visit, the new manager is doing a great job there. Overall, would recommend.

The location was lovely. The staff was very friendly and supported through out the stay. We had a large area to play. Had a good experience. Worth the price.

opz the worst client service food is also too much expensive and they have new method of buffet (as per their rules eka chicken kallai bedaganna one ) also staff is not friendly at all simply they dont have any idea how to handle the clients and give the services . really disappointed with service

We witnessed a fight between a group of visitors and staff, police has to attend to the event and overall, staff tortured visitors brutally so better if you can avoid this place. Food is extremely expensive yet average in taste

We had a small gathering here. Location was bit far from the main road. Was a rainy day. They have arranged us 6 people a ongoing building cabana because all other cabanas were occupied . No lights were there. The boy fixed a temperory bulb. Food was good. However the beef stew had no enough beef. Pork black curry, omelette and noodles were good. They haven't got already cooled coke. Ice cubes were not available. The boy allocated for us was a good guy. Through the rain he supplied our needs.

I have been to many hotels nearby Colombo. But this was the first time I couldn't get something worth the price. Rooms maybe ok for a day out. But it is not ok for a stay. I won't say it worth the price. I stayed at night. There were no bedsheets. Water was coming from the bathroom.

Good location for Family gatherings. Swimming pool is available and also large area for playing. Decent number of rooms too available. Management is friendly and very supportive. Tend to deliver the best for the customer. Care taker of the room need to be more vigilante as some actions were missing. (Dust bin was not placed)

Did a very last minute booking but Mr. Sampath was very helpful and supportive to get it done for 12 people. Customer service by Mr. Sampath was absolutely perfect. Location is nice, rooms can be improved, you can get a personal BBQ service done for your group or family. There are some nice ongoing property development further away on the property which will bring more value to the place. The other assistants were also very helpful to make sure our group had a great time. If it's crowded it can be a bit noisy but they make sure to receive feedback and give solutions quickly

The food is not tasty and the location is not as beautiful as shown in the photos, it was not fair for the price😒🥴😫
