My ticketing was handled by an agent called Ms Sanchila and She provided me an excellent service. She was very efficient and gave me the best offer. She was very quick in her replys and she made sure that each & every point is very clear to me. Been messaging and calling so many times just to get a quote on a group trip, so far no response, I guess they don’t need business. Not sure how the trips are though.

Very poor customer service, arrogant and a don't care attitude from Enosh,After the cancellation of the return flight and no proper advice and guidance my mother had to go through so much stress.i checked with him so many times of the date change fare,the so called Enosh, senior executive did not know and did not even check and get back to me.Will not recommend to any one of my family and friends living here and abroad. Hopeless

I together with my wife planned a Maldives tour and chose Gabo for air tickets and hotel bookings and that's where I met Samanthika Sumuduni. She provided us with all the necessary information and got us many quotations of different hotels without hesitation helping us to make the best out of the money we spend. Do not trust them with hotel bookings. My last experience was disastrous.

We had our UAE tour organized by them and I must say they did a fantastic job. Special thank must go to Mr Enosh Wijesinghe for organizing the tour. He was flexible, polite, and compliant throughout the process. His input for preparation of the itinerary was invaluable. Gabo will be definitely the next travel agent for us.

My brother bought E-Ticket to New-Zealand through this Agency. Price was cheaper than the other ticketing agencies and had a great support till his arrival to New-Zealand. With Covid New-Zealand boarder rules were changing time to time. All the changes were updated timely and provided necessary information whenever needed. Special thanks goes to travel agent Ms.Dilrukshi who took care of everything since the booking reservation.

Extremely reasonable airfares,given the current dollar crisis. Comparatively quite economic with other agents.

Utterly disappointed about the customer service. Very rude and did not update me about any travel/country restrictions though I emailed & called them many times to check the details. Zero customer service & value for money. Checked several times with them on the seat booking and didn't reply. I didn't get a window seats in both the flights as I requested too. NOT RECOMMENDED at all. Please book your air tickets online or go to another travel agent if this is your first time travelling/ travelling alone. You might be having good experiences with them, but for me it couldn't have been any worse.

Do not recommend at all. I did 5 visit visas with the highest quote yet we decided to proceed with the quotation for the visas and tickets as it is paid by my company. Second attempt I tried to apply a single visa without the air ticket. No chance at all. Refused to provide the service. If that is their policy, there are many other agents around. Last but not least even thogh it is a Sri Lankan company. No one is speaking Sinhala. Do not contact if you are trying only visas without air tickets.
