We had a good stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Clean room with comfortable beds. Free bottles of water in the room was nice. The pool was clean. Covid Sanitation in place. At the restaurant, Mr. Young is truly a hard worker and very polite. Highly recommended.

This is an excellent hotel. My husband and I stayed here over a week while we were working in Shelter Bay marina. Our room was spacious and very clean and had lovely linens and powerful A/C. The few issues we had were dealt with very promptly. The wifi was mostly good; we lost connection a couple of times and had to ask at the front desk and they seemed to be able to fix it. A huge shout out to Kathia and Madeline at the front desk who were so helpful and pleasant throughout our stay. (In fact, all the staff with whom we interacted with were good.) The pool is nice; I enjoyed a couple of swims. The gym is basic but at least there is one. I appreciated that there was always coffee and hot water/tea in the lobby. We ate a couple of nights at the buffet in the hotel. It was convenient and well priced; make sure to try the soup—delicious. The hotel bar has loud karaoke on the weekends; but it was a chill place to have a drink during the week. (The bar decor felt dated… think of it as retro or kitsch.) The hotel felt very safe and the staff were available to advise on where was safe to go (basically only the Colón 2000 mall and the duty-free zone). We were able to walk directly into the duty-free zone from the backdoor of the hotel. It was fun to see. There is a Burger King, a casino, and a Lebanese restaurant in the same area as the hotel.

Big hotel. Clean rooms. Pillows very soft....needed to use minimum of two. Not much to do apart from using swimming pool. Nothing within walking distance. Average buffet breakfast and not a very elaborate room service menu. However, food is well prepared and sufficient in quantity. Good security and friendly staff.

I had a less than satisfactory experience at the hotel. Toiletries were not replenished, the shower was not working, and towels previously used by guests were reused. These issues affected my overall stay negatively.

Spent 4 days. The location is great because its near colon and Nuevo colon. The breakfast 0 stars. Cold and no variety. The Bar 5 stars super affordable drinks& food. The rooms 4 stars simply because the hallway where are room are located is super dim barely any light. Lobby & decor great, couldn't use the pool because of the rain. I would Def stay here again. Oh and it's close to Zona libre which is also a plus for shopping.

Stayed for a night and felt very comfortable. Nice room and beds and good hot water in the shower. But the wifi in the room was not so good .Enjoyed the food at the restaurant. Friendly and polite staff.

I suggest getting 3G. - We never had soap to shower. We even asked for it, but had to end up buying soap to use. - We never had hot water in our shower. - Our toilet was always running and randomly flushing on its own (see video) - Noisy - Our room was very close to the elevator and we could hear everything happening outside our door. - No one ever approached us during our breakfast buffet, but we noticed servers approaching others. - We had a poor view from our room. I suggest avoiding staying on the 4th floor. Overall, it was expensive for the service we got.
