Had a great time with my wife and kids. Service was excellent and food was OK. Didn't stay overnight but they have that option as well if you want.

Nice people, but not a hostel. There’s no shared kitchen, the water goes off regularly, and overall is not worth the price. It seems like a place that was once loved but is no longer. It is right next to a highway, so if you are camping, or in a van, you can hear semi trucks engine breaking all night. The food is of moderate at best quality as well, and they only open their kitchen once in a while. I recommend looking elsewhere, or better, only be in Colon for as little time as possible. The whole area is really poor energy; some of the worst I’ve seen in the world. Either plan on that, or take better care of yourself.

Really nice. The owning family, and everyone there is friendly and attends you with respect and interest. They take care very well of animals and adventures are great. Very recommended for a 1-2 days scape with little ones (we took two 5y/o and all good)

In short it's a very good experience staying here for a day or two, enjoying outdoor fresh air and activities like canopy and kayaking. During the night we stayed there the water pump broke down and no water available in the lodge. Staff took us to the other side of the camp for bath. Excellent customer service I have to say.

Very simple place, good service and friendly people. Poor food, room and shower not convenient. Close to the highway.. very noisy at night from truck passing by. The lake (20-30 min. walking distance) is beautiful.

Great place to visit farm animals, you can tell they're used to be around people cause they are very friendly (the animals I mean XD). I only went for the agro tour and it was very nice for the kids, they had a blast. I think the place needs a little more maintenance, but overall it was very enjoyable.

What an awesome experience!! We took 15 people to La Granja for fun and adventure. There was so much to do we couldn't get to everything but the kids had a blast!! Miguel went above and beyond to ensure that the kids were safe and the experience maximized. None of the kids had ever ziplined and now they are huge fans! He even worked with our activities coordinator to customize each stop as a road block with specifoc tasks to accomplish, which the kids loved!! The food was awesome!! Miguel's mom is an incredible chef! The manager Margarita was very patient and flexible as our times and activities changed. Oh and a special thanks to Kimberly for jumping to our aid with the water set up. Take our advice and plan to enjoy a funfilled day at La Granja!
