5 Star Hotel! Christian and his front desk crew made us feel like royalty. We told them it was our anniversary and they surprised us with a cake the next day! Hotel is beautiful and the room had cold air conditioning, a fridge, a bathtub and overlooking the pool and the ocean. It's also next door to a shopping center where we bought snacks for the room. We live in the City, and this hotel is our favorite vacation spot now! Breakfast and dinner buffets are delicious, snacks the service is fantastic. They even have a fresh fruit smoothie bar!

Service was really good, especially from Sandra.g, who would constantly be attentive to our needs and requests as we ate... We were pleased whenever she was there On another note, the WiFi wasn't great, I would send a text at 7:40 p.m and it would be delivered 2 or 3 hours later, it was tedious.

TOP 5 WORST HOTELS OF THE WORLD! I arrived at 10:45pm at the reception… no options to eat, no deliveries, no recommendation from the staff… there is not even WATER in the room! The only option was grabbing some snacks from the casino but honestly I did not go as it looked a bit scary. The room is old and smelly. Food and water diet for 6h until breakfast is open! Not recommended AT ALL!

Once again back in another business trip. Why not another positive review? They keep the great service with nice attitude and professional customer care. Kudos to Diana taking well care of the bar and also as Sandra’s, Mildred and all friendly staff at the restaurant! 👏👏👏👏👏

I had a wonderful stay with my family. The staff at the buffet were friendly and made us feel at home. A special thanks to Sandra, Diana and Sandra.

The hotel is very safe and secure. The bar closed earlier than the website said. But, there are couple restaurants that serve beer until 10 or so. There is also a supermarket, pharmacy and other shops in the plaza. The rooms are outdated, but it’s a port city in Central America—so that was expected. The beds are comfortable and the AC is cold. Overall a 4 star experience, would definitely stay here again.

Javier's customer service at check-in was fantastic. What a nice warm welcome to Colon. The room is huge and clean and our balcony overlooking the pool and sea is almost as big. Very friendly and helpful staff.

This its good. Clean, and great location to get in your cruise. City I will not recommend waking and specially at night. The restaurant service staff is so friendly and attentive. I

When i got here Javier helped me get settled in to a room with ease after traveling all day. He was helpful and explained everything the hotel had to offer. The room was clean and well maintained. Definitely coming back.

Well, i have been staying at the Raddison for three months now while the Dredge works on the Atlantic Entrance. So far the service has been exceptional Jorgelis , first on the restaurant and then on the front desk and Diana at the bar has been excellent. Keep up the good work.

We loved our stay, the bartender Diana is the best! Go see her when you are there. The restaurant was great and all the staff so friendly and helpful!

Stayed here with my wife and 2 boys while visiting family in Colon. We arrived around 5pm and our room wasn't ready yet but they tried to make up for it by providing us with complimentary dinner for that night. This is a great example of their great customer service. The hotel was located right by the ship port so we'd see cruise ships come and go as well as industrial/commercial container ships. There is a Super 99 supermarket right next to the hotel which was very convenient for shopping. The hotel was not overcrowded and was fairly quiet other than being able to hear the music from the ballrooms despite us being on the 5th floor. They provided complimentary breakfast every morning which was nice. Our room was larger than we expected and we liked having 2 full bathrooms. The tub/shoeer setup in ours was weird though and had a leaking showerhead. Despite this, we were happy to have good water pressure and uninterrupted hot water. The pull out bed in the couch quite old, stained and jammed so it took quite a bit of force to get the bed folding mechanism out. When I finally did, the mattress was old and completely worn and you could feel the springs within. Thankfully our kids are young and under 70lbs each so they didn't suffer because it would have been incredibly uncomfortable for any adult. A positive was strong internet connection and the inclusion of Amazon smart stick one of the TV's. The pool deck was pretty decent and our kids enjoyed it. Overall we had a good experience here and would recommend it.

As soon as we walked in the hotel we knew.. surrounded by slums. Hotel was dark.. very bad lighting. No one greeted us. Lady behind desk was seated on a stool

The reception team was great, Navil, Shenell the food very tasty and fresh.Special shout-out to Sosimo, Sandra Gugu, Ekaterin, Saray, Sachires, David and Julio. Y’all made May stay fabulous.

The place looks a lot better than it is. The people were very friendly and accommodating though. If you are boarding a cruise ship in Colon, the location is excellent too.

Radisson Colon 2000 was a good place to stay once upon a time but now they are not maintaining it to good stander; the rooms are not vacuumed correctly, the face towel got holes in them the hand towel and towels are shabby like it haven't been change for years. At the pool there's no towel, When you walk on the outside to go to the casino it's dirty with heavy cobweb on the wall. It's not the same Radisson I once know.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating. From the waiting staff to security to housekeeping & reception- Shenell, Jean & Javier they were all lovely and assisted with all my requests and questions. The massage from the spa was also very good.

The room #501 is beautiful and the Port view was a relaxing therapy for us. The house keepers and restaurant staff were friendly, courteous and polite. Also Gean, Javier, Shennel, Giuriel and others that work at the front desk made me feel at home away from home and they were very professional. I would recommend anyone to stay at the Radisson #1 and whenever I return to Panama I wish to stay in that same room.

My staying at the Radisson Hotel Colon 2000 was fantastic. Nice room, great customer services at the front desk, security and the cool staff from the Drake’s restaurant starting from both chefs, Dorgelis, Ashly, Sandra, Elias, Danilo, Faustino and the housekeeping team. My only concern is the luggage services. There is no one to helping with your luggage at the check in and out.

Had a wonderful stay. Overall the experience was pleasant though drinking water happened to be a rare commodity 🤣

As a regular guest at the Radisson Colon 2000 I can say this is the best location in the whole city of Colon. Food service is very good and the one person I consider a key asset of this hotel is without any doubt Ms Sandra Gugu who works as a waitress. Even during peak-demand hours, she makes sure everybody is well taken care for.

As a frequent member with Radisson I was given all the benefits expected. Unfortunately the hotel is old and showing it's age hopefully there will be some renovations. I enjoyed the balcony. Service in the restaurant was good. Reception staff was very kind. The suana was not very welcoming and could be fixed up. The pool area was decent. There is a nice cafe in walking distance of the hotel. Make sure you organize your tours or transportation in advance. The city itself is seriously lacking investment by buisness and the government and is not the most turistic experience. I probably wouldn't come back to Colon but if I were to visit again this is probably where I would stay. Make sure to visit the city when the free trade zone is open otherwise there's not really much to do nearby.

I can't believe this hotel is rated 5 stars, it's not! I can't believe Radisson has a branch is such bad shape! The hotel needs a make over. The rooms are not tidy, they don't even have basic personal hygiene kit like usual hotel commodity.

Friendly staff, quick with orders (food and drinks) and very convenient location for business. Big thank you for Shenell, Giuriel, Jean, Javier and all who made out stay pleasant and productive.

Worst service... Drinking water is never provided unless you ask 5 times. Restaurant and their service is good. Reception facility and their hospitality is poor

The hotel was excellent the service the food the rooms always clean the restaurant Drake's the food was amazing I will like to thank Jorgelis,Yuleinis and Ekatherine for all your details with me and my girlfriends. The Hotel staff where very informative with any questions that we had and any need that needed to be resolve. Clean but not really up to the standards of other Radisson’s needs some TLC

Front desk staff, management, and cleaning staff was horrible. Hotel room was filthy. When I asked for a cleaning person to come up and fix the issue. The person they sent up had an attitude. At check out, the cleaning lady asked if I was going to leave a tip. I said no. By the time I got downstairs to checkout they cleaning lady told the front desk that one of the wash cloths was “dirty” and they charged me for a regularly soiled wash cloth. When talking to the management they act as if they didn’t have the time to be bothered with the situation. Just horrible service.

I basically lived at this hotel for a month while my father was in the hospital across the street. Christian at the front desk and Diana at the bar were both so nice and helpful —they both even helped me find some local stuff that I needed for my father.
