I loved the ambience, staff was so polite. They were coming to you and telling about the different brownies and chocolate boxes to us. The food was obviously very tasty and I've always loved the interior of the chocolate room. One must go and enjoy fooding and ambience of this cafe.

A paradise for chochlate lovers.Place is spacious and well litted and ambience of the place is vibey and dope,coming to the food part they have wide variety of menu offering varierty of salads,sandwiches,burgers,pizza and many more.Their shakes,waffles,pancakes and desserts are worth trying.I tried their devil chocolate shake which was really drooling and yumilicious.Highly recommended esp for those who have a sweet tooth.And not to forget the staff and service here was quick and highly appreciable.

The chocolate room is a great addition to the list of cafes and eateries in Hazratganj. The place is cosy, beautifully lit and decorated. The chocolate room has plenty of options when it comes to snacking and desserts. If you are a chocolate lover then you should definitely try the truffle shake. I also had a strawberry granita which was so refreshing. I just completely loved it. The Italian platter was a delight as well. The white sauce pasta was amazing so were the ceaser salad and the garlic bread. The only thing which fell short was the red sauce pasta which was too sweet and I couldn’t finish it off😅. The service was quite slow but the staff made up for it with their courteous behaviour. Its a nice place to plan a get together with friends and have a good time over some snacks and shakes!

Visited on Christmas was crowdy but service was good didn't took long time to serve in such rush staff was polite they interacted took suggestions and reviews that i think is important and good to get customer feedback . Talking about food it's been a while i visited there so cant define taste specifically but i can tell everything served on plate tasted delicious specially that waffle 🧇 served with ice cream 🍨 chicken cutlets were average cuz i like piece of chicken instead of patty i might be wrong about the texture of cutlet but thats my oppion That pizza was the best tasted pizza 🍕 no Domino's no pizza hut or any other frenchise could beat that taste if your craving for pizza please do try their pizza.😋🍀

This place secures win at the accomodation. Now, the menu, that's a bit sophisticated one encompassing large number of contents with real tough names with its ingredients. One can choose from the wide spectrum of the offering. Sandwiches were best, honey chilly potato also added marks to the taste and the drinks: loved them. Overall a place which can be visited in the meantime. I rushed the place and could not offer much time, however, for the behavior of the staff, this place must be paid a visit. Good Luck TCR.

This place is very nice and amazing and ambience is also very NYC bt only thing which isn't good is spinach spaghetti it was so yukk and disgusting that we had to through it. Else berry mojito and strawberry shake and red velvet pancake was very nice and presentation was also very good

This place can be summarised as Costly for Chocolatey. I personally feel it's a bit costlier for the standard quality of shakes and food. The ambience is very good, but it will be hard to consider the price for such ambience. Anyways shakes were fully choc (ked). The aroma of the outlet is full of brewing coffeeband chocolates. The place is generally louder, increased further at weekends.

A good cafe at Hazrat Ganj. I sincerely liked their cookie crumble coffee and Chocolate Waffle. I asked the server to suggest me their specialities and he was well aware to suggest me few good dishes. Appreciate ! I liked the hospitality. Its a small place, still well managed however, ambience can be improved a bit. Overall a good place to be in and would love to visit again

I found this restaurant a beautiful stopover for lunch in Lucknow. Ambience is good, food is tasty. Didn't found any designated parking space. Service is ok, can be speed up a bit. Overall recommended for lunch with kids and your wify or future wify ;)

I've been here a couple times now and I've tried the non veg pizzas, they're exceptionally gooood. The cheese is ample and it tastes good. Enjoyed the chicken chilli pizza esespecially. Niyaz Ali, catered to our needs and orders, was extremely polite and friendly.

One of the worst places I've been to. We ordered a pizza and a chocolate bomb. While pouring the hot chocolate syrup the bomb broke very clumsily. The pizza was a disaster. Tasted like a low quality bakery's mini pizza. It tasted like bread covered with excess pizza sauce and mozzarella cheese with stale vegetables. Dissappointing experience. I have been to the Aliganj outlet and it was great but this was totally unexpected.

This review is for the staff behavior. The person who took the order changed an item we ordered and replaced it with a costlier option and later said that it was us who had cancelled the item and ordered another one. We were also served costly bottled water without checking with us first. The dessert items we ordered were absolutely delicious and we relished the choco tastes and the ice creams. Ambiance is also wonderful and well suited for family or couples.

Competing against the traditional delicacies of Lko , this place at the food court of Saharaganj warrants a visit. Much like it's contemporaries it sports a modern and cosy decor. The options for salty snacks are multiple and even health conscious can fit in. Sandwiches we ordered were pretty well done. The caramel fondue ordered was average and could be tons better, however the hazelnut coffee was bang on. Very good option for a quick bite at a reasonable price.

This place is awesome! Such good chocolate and the freaky shakes are crazy good and very rich! The prices are reasonable. Most places would be a lot more expensive for the quality and quantity you get. I would say this ventures closer to more expensive but has a nice balance of not being over the top. The service is very nice and quick as well.
