    Best hospital in Mexico City and Mexico. Service and professionalism are far better than in US with the best doctors available. Not cheap but worth it. My only complaint is the cost of parking, unbelievably expensive, abusive I would say so.

    I was very ill on vacation and went here for treatment. It was by far the best hospital I have been too, much better than the US. The difference in quality care, respect, kindness and politeness was huge. Not only did I receive great care, I also was given a private room. Furthermore the place itself is the cleanest hospital I’ve ever seen. I am beyond thankful for the staff at ABC, I would recommended to anyone traveling or not to go here if needed. It’s veey scary to be ill in a different country but the staff made everything much better.

    Terrible experience. I tested positive for COVID three days ago, and began Paxlovid and fever reducers immediately. After three days, I am still having symptoms and testing positive. I called the ambulance to bring me to the hospital. My oxygen was 81 (after a dexamethasone injection and tablet today). The paramedic gave me oxygen right away in the ambulance. The doctor was useless. He refused to prescribe remdesivir. In nonhospitalized patients with mild to moderate COVID-19 who are at high risk of progressing to severe disease, remdesivir should be started within 7 days of symptom onset and administered for 3 days. The doctors name was Dr. Diego Lecona. I showed proof of my asthma and low oxygen saturation from prior attacks. He did nothing to help me and didn’t give me the medicine. All he did was charge me over $300 for a useless consult. Never again

    Nobody was actually able to speak English. None of the doctors was even able to help me, I would not recommend. It is definitely not an American British hospital, only for marketing reasons. Let me continue on my previous point, I just called for the fourth time because they kept referring me to doctors who only speak Spanish. So the fourth time they just hung up on me. Worst customer service I have seen in Mexico city.. if you have any problem and actually need medical assistance from an English speaking doctor do not go here.

    My first child was born there. Their facilities are modern, but their practices belong in the 1960s. The baby was taken from his mother and I immediately and they put it in a room by itself for 5 hours before we were able to spend any time with it. I never would have chosen this hospital had I known they followed such archaic practices. Good Dr's, terrible service. You can do a lot better for the money.

    The doctor I worked with was professional, but the setup of the hospital is horrendous. Lilliana and Mezil in Er were so caring and great communicators. I was admitted and again impressed with the care of the team. Very professional and respectful. When called received prompt response. Highly recommend and hope in US we can rid our staff of the EMR demands that take them away from the bedside. Perhaps then we can be as attentive as the team in this hospital. Eine nicht serviceorientierte Mitarbeiterin der Verwaltung hat ihren Text ohne Mehrwert zehn Mal wiederholt. Sie sprechen nicht direkt mit der Versicherung um zu erklären, was fehlt/falsch ist. Letztendlich musste ich privat anzahlen, meine Kreditkarte hat nicht funktioniert, musste die Debitkarte nehmen, wo ich irgendwie irgendwann in ein paar Wochen mein Geld (via Check!!!) vielleicht zurückbekomme. Man hat das Gefühl nicht geholfen zu bekommen. Die Verwaltung wirft einen dunklen Schatten auf die exzellente Arbeit von Ärzten und Krankenpflegern. Bei den Preisen sollte sich die Verwaltung mal ein gutes Beratungsunternehmen ins Haus holen, dass den veralteten, super bürokratischen und null proaktiven Prozess im Sinne der Kundenorientierung umgestaltet. So, jetzt ist es 15:18 und wir sind immer noch nicht fertig mit der Verwaltung, obwohl der Arzt einen um 10:00 entlassen hat.
