This location closed 7 hours before its listed closing time, but the app allowed me to place a pickup order anyways. The order was never made. This is not the first issue I have had with this Taco Bell location— wait times are often substantially longer at this branch than other Taco Bell locations in the Albany area.

Does anybody remember back in the before times when managers would run a restaurant by themselves if they didn't have employees? I get it can be tough to be a manager but that's the job It's 7:30 and the Taco Bell on Central avenue is closed. Not for a lack of customers but for some other reason. I went to Napa the other day at 3:00 p.m. on a Friday and there was a sign in the door that said closed no employees. If there's no employees you might as well just shut the store down for good.

This is the worst Taco Bell ever . I got to the store for a delivery order, door that’s usually opened is locked . I go up to the drive through window, the same lady that yelled at me last week. Starts telling me I’d have to go through the drive through which is long, I tell her she could just hand me the order to save both of us time . She starts complaining about how it’s just two of them then goes on to say she’s not serving me . How you now going to give me food that’s already paid for . Bad attitude and rude lady . Go somewhere else , this Taco Bell is always like this . Rude and unprofessional. Ps im not the only one she yelled at. That lady should be blooody fired . They would rather cancel orders and lose money just to feel right

On 9/24 I was picking up dinner for me and my fiancé after work. I ordered a double steak grilled cheese burrito and she got the grilled cheese burrito box. We were sent around the building to wait and I was greeted by an employee with the incorrect food. I let her know and she took it back. Another employee came out with what was supposed to be the correct food and even asked me, “the grilled cheese burrito?” I said yes and assumed it was correct since they confirmed. I got home and was greeted by the incorrect food. I drove back to the Taco Bell, which was supposed to be open 7-12, and they had said they were closed, but it was 11:30. I was told there was nothing they could do and I would have to drive all the way back in the morning to get a refund or the food remade. Note, I live 10 miles away so it isn’t just right next door. This was a terrible experience and it’s not the first time it’s happened for me at this location.

Taco Bell isn't top notch food, but it's quick and reliable. It should be anyway. After too many trips to the one near us on Balltown we just stopped going to Taco Bell. A while back we were in the mood and tried the one down on Central on Albany and the food was cooked propperly, the beans weren't dried husks, and enduring was full of food. Plenty of lettuce, tomato, cheese... and Taco Bells version of meat. This is the only one we go to now. Side note: I called to talk to the manager to tell them to keep doing what they are doing but apparently whoever answered the phone was scared when I asked for the manager. They told me to hold and then hung up and took the phone off the hook.

Absolute worste service. Half an hour plus wait for everyone inside while they continued to take drive through orders. Manager and employees responded with attitude when asked for updates. Will never be back. Pathetic excuse for leadership.

I just had the best chalupa I've had in my whole life. When I was done I asked for the person who made it - Uryeiah. I asked her how she made it so good. She said, it's the freshness that counts. I always make fresh Chalupas. Later, I found out she's the manager, which makes sense to me. This Taco Bell is always so clean. I will always come back to this Taco Bell!

Taco Bell is as it always is. I love the 5 layer beefy burrito and have used that as my go to on the road. Tasty, easy to eat with one hand and not messy. A tried and true standard.

One of the best Taco Bell restaurants I have ever been in. The workers were super kind, helpful, and very quick. The restaurant and bathrooms were nearly spotless. The food was excellent.

Don't order here; they charge your card regardless of showing an error on their end, and I haven't seen my refund. Night shift is terrible and left the issue on the morning shift; who could actually use a real attitude adjustment courtesy of big match John....Taco Bell please fix these problems. $30 isn't worth a loyal customer

The associate taking my order (Uryeiah) went above and beyond to assist me. She was prompt to greet me upon entering the establishment, very patient when I needed time to decide what to order, and allowed me to modify my choices according to my taste. I was very pleased with the attentiveness to my order and the speed in which I received it. Please take the opportunity acknowledge Uryeiah and the other workers in this location and give them the recognition they deserve!! Well done!! I will be sure to share my experience with other patrons, and absolutely be visiting again!! Thank you!!

It's a taco bell, it's clean, the food is standard for taco bell. They get the line served very quickly most of the time. I like to tip the workers who are there late because they're often working with only 1 or 2 employees. Especially in the winter with bad weather, freezing temperatures, they're working even harder. Most people don't tip drive through fast food workers but when I have they are very grateful and have even handed me appreciation coupons. Also they love it if you "pay it forward" and offer to pay for the order for the guest in line behind them. I've only had good experience at this taco bell. If they're out of the soda I like they give me my 2nd choice without charging.

Food was ok, everything was missing at least one ingredient. but at least it was all in the bag and tasted fine. Not my favorite taco bell, will try and avoid this one in the future.

Usually a terrible experience both at this Taco Bell location as well as the other location. This Taco Bell consistently closes early after they already accepted online orders. They rarely give you the complete order and you only find out once you’ve already brought the food back home. I love Taco Bell. It is my go-to for fast food and sometimes I end up relying on it for food but unfortunately the Taco Bell at Albany hires lazy and rude employees that don’t even get the orders right. This is unacceptable!

The staff don't even bother to wrap the tacos anymore, causing most of your ingredients to be in the bottom of the bag, or all over you when you take it out of the bag. I don't eat inside anymore because the atmosphere is so poor.

Ive never had a problem with this Taco Bell. Everyone has always been friendly and the service is really great! From going in from morning breakfast, lunch, grabbing something after work or that late night intoxication Uber run... This Taco Bell will always be my go to!!!

What was delivered is inedible and smells rancid. I won’t even feed it to my dogs. This place needs to be closed down. Someone is going to get sick. I’m going to try to connect to the appropriate authorities.
