Honestly I have always hated the dentist due to past horrific experiences. today when I went to Union street dental for my first appointment I was not only extremely satisfied with how friendly the staff were but I also left feeling excited for my next appointment. The nurse I had was AMAZING and truly validated me while taking my X-rays. Everyone was so great.

I had a total upper extraction yesterday. I was terrified. The staff was welcoming and empathetic and comforting! I had no pain what so ever. The shots of novacaine pain, was the hardest part, but even then the pain was minimal! I am having the lower ones extracted next week and I am comforted to know it won't be a horrifying experience.

Great place that makes you feel like safe and informed through any process or procedures. From the surgeons to the office manager will go above and beyond to make sure you are well taken care of.

I visited the office today as a new patient. I was greeted by 2 friendly receptionists when I entered the building. I filled out my paperwork then headed back promptly to be seen. During my visit I was asked how I was doing, and the new patient process and procedures. Then the assistant offered me a cup of water while I waited for the Doctor. The Docter was very thorough and explained my situation with my teeth and set goals for future work and maintenence. I was very impressed and would recommend this office to my friends.

Union Street Dentistry has Canceled our cleaning Appointments twice having to wait month's to get new cleaning appointments both times I decided to ask for our dental recoreds to locate a new Dentist. That must have upset the receptionist she became very nasty and rude when I asked to speak with her boss I was told to call back. I called back and ended up talking to who I was told was the owner at one point she asked me if I was deaf very rude & sarcastic on the phone and finally hung up on me this only makes sense why the receptionist was rude employees act the way they are trained such a shame. " Terrible Customer Service Skills " I have since Emailed them to please release our dental records so far no response. If your looking for a dentist you might want to look elsewhere ! Bill

I am so happy that I have finally found a dentist office that I am comfortable with! Everyone one is so kind and the work is incredible! Took the time to go over the best options for me and that is very important to me. I am very pleased with my work so far and I will continue to do business with them!

Great experience every time. I had an awful expereince at another office 5 years ago and have avoided the dentist like a plague. I decided to bite the bullet and reach out to this office. It was highly regarded by a few people I know that have been here. I was seen very fast and the staff is so friendly and clear. They explain things in a way I have never seen in any medical office. They truly want to make sure things are clear and you feel better after leaving. Looking forward to my appointment in 3 months.

Terrible .highly not recommended went in for a 930 appointment at 920 and it was 10 am I still was not called. At about 957 a patient walks in to be seen and is called back right away . I leave because that’s is unfair and I call to complain the receptionist s Shauna was very rude and hung up up On me while explaining the situation . Then gonna try to charge a 75 dollar no show fee when they took over 45 minutes to call me back and I was never seen worst dentist I have ever been to. And I’m still leaving review at 1 because there’s no excuse the receptionist hung up on me that’s unprofessional and rude still a 1 😂 considering your only a 3 star and all these other horrible comments it makes sense
